关于推进校本教研的研究

【副题名】以张家界A中学为例

【摘要】 在基础教育课程改革背景下,随着课程权利的下移,“以校为本”和“教师成为研究者”已逐渐成为学校教育中被广泛认同并且付诸实践的核心理念之一。校本教研成为当下教育改革领域中的热点和前沿问题。本文首先对校本教研的兴起、含义、理念、特点、要素做了综述和说明,并选取张家界A中学为个案,采用了问卷调查和访谈法,通过数据整理和分析,掌握了该校校本教研的实施情况,总结出当前学校校本教研中存在的问题,并依此提出了相关解决对策和方案。第一部分,导论。主要介绍了本文的选题缘起、相关文献综述、研究方法与思路、研究意义。第二部分,张家界A中学校本教研的现状。通过问卷调查和访谈了解到该校校本教研的开展情况,包括该校校本教研的制度建设情况、教研形式、教研内容、教研成果、特色等。第三部分,张家界A中学校本教研现存的几大问题:学校层面的问题——形式主义严重、教师缺少自主权、相应的制度不健全,教师层面的问题——教师职业倦怠,资源层面的问题——相关资源的匮乏、与外校交流甚少、很少有横向交流的渠道。第四部分,解决方法及对策。针对以上问题,通过对所研究、调查、分析内容的梳理,提出了校本教研的解决对策:学校方面,采用常规教研方式及其他新教研方式相结合,让全体教师参与制定教研内容和形式体现民主性,充分调动和利用各种资源、保证校本教研的顺利开展,加强管理、完善有效的校本教研制度,拓宽渠道、注重与外校的交流。教师方面克服职业倦怠,焕发职业热情。

【Abstract】 In the context of curriculum reform of basic education, with the downward movement of the curriculum right, "school-based" and "teacher as researcher" has become widely recognized and put into practice. School-based instruction research (SIR) is becoming a current hot spot in the field of education reform and cutting-edge issues.This paper reviewed the status of domestic and foreign about SIR, explained its’meaning, concept, characteristics, elements. As A middle school of Zhangjiajie for example, I used a questionnaire survey and interviews, Understanding of the implementation of school based research, analysis of the current school-based problems in teaching and research, and so put forward relevant countermeasures.The first part:Forward. It mainly introduced origin of topic, relevant literature reviews, relevant definition, methods and research ideas, research significance.The second part:the status quo of SIR about A middle school, through questionnaires and interviews I Learned it’s situation, including SIR forms of construction, contents, achievements, characteristics in this school.The third part:Survey and Analysis. A few major problems existed in SIR of A middle school, the school level questions-serious formalism, the lack of autonomy of teachers, imperfect and unreasonable systems; and teacher-level issues-Professional Burnout of teachers;Resource dimension-the lack of relevant resources, little communication with outside the school, it has Little horizontal communication channels.The fourth part:the solutions and countermeasures. To solve these problems, through the research, investigation, analysis of sorting out the contents, I put forward countermeasures based research:school level-using conventional methods combining with other new ways of teaching and research, Enable all teachers to participate in developing the content and form, To fully mobilize and use of resources to ensure the smooth development of school-based teaching and research, strengthen management to improve the effective school-based research system, expand the channels of communication outside the school. Teacher level-to overcome job burnout and glow professional enthusiasm.
