乌鲁木齐达坂城城镇化发展研究

【摘要】 小城镇是我国城市体系的基础和重要组成部分,数量多、分布广,在全国形成星罗棋布的网络格局,有着重要的地位和作用。积极发展小城镇,对于加快我国人口城市化步伐,推动社会经济文化发展,具有重要意义。本文以乌鲁木齐市达坂城区为研究对象,首先分析了达坂城区城镇发展背景和现状。虽然达坂城区城镇化速度在日益加速,但达坂城区城镇化率相比全国平均城镇化水平还比较低,而且密度较小,经济实力差,城镇化率为44.4%,还未达到全国的平均水平。而且达坂城区城镇区域布局的分散造成人口和乡镇企业空间布局上比较分散,城镇及镇域企业缺乏聚集效应,生态环境也较脆弱。其次分析了达坂城区城镇化的优势、机遇和存在的问题以及在这些因素条件下城镇主导产业选择以及培育过程。达坂城区由于独特的地质构造,隐藏着丰富的煤炭、铁矿、铜矿、石灰石等矿产资源,可利用这一优势大力发展工业来推动城镇化的发展。此外,达坂城区旅游资源十分丰富,既有各具特色的自然景观,又有极具地方民俗特色的人文景观,为旅游业的发展提供了良好条件。存在的问题如基础设施建设落后,主导产业不明,城镇化水平低,城镇聚集辐射能力较低,及城镇空间布局不合理等。最后在这些分析的基础上提出了达坂城区城镇化模式的选择以及建设和布局思路。分镇分区的进行主导产业布局,加强中心镇达坂城镇生态旅游建设,优化城镇空间格局。通过以上城镇发展思路的构想,旨在为今后达坂城区城镇化进程和区域社会经济全而发展提供决策建议；并期望为我国欠发达地区小城镇发展提供研究案例。更多还原

【Abstract】 The small town is the basis of the urban system in China and an important part of the large number and wide distribution, spread all over the country to form a network structure, has an important position and role. Actively develop small cities and towns, for speeding up the pace of urbanization in China, to promote social economic and cultural development of great significance. In this paper, Dabancheng District of Urumqi example, analyzes the development of urbanization in Dabancheng background and current situation, the advantages of urbanization Dabancheng area, opportunities and problems and conditions in the area of these factors leading industries in various towns and nurturing situation. Based on this analysis, Dabancheng area proposed urbanization pattern selection, and construction and layout ideas. Dabancheng area is designed to achieve sound and rapid economic development in the future, provide a reference of the proposal.更多还原
