夹送辊夹送工艺理论与研究

【摘要】 夹送辊装置是中厚板生产线上关键设备之一,主要用于双边剪坯料的夹紧和输送,定尺剪坯料定尺、夹紧和输送。现有的夹送辊装置普遍存在跑偏现象,严重影响钢板切边、定尺质量和产量的提高。本论文将通过机构学理论对夹送辊跑偏进行理论分析,对夹送辊运行过程中的各构件微尺度变形进行深入研究,找出跑偏的原因,并开发一种具有锥型辊套的自适应夹送辊装置,实现夹送辊装置平稳精确运行。本论文的完成对板带材高精度加工具有重要的指导意义。本论文详细分析了夹送辊在运行过程中各个关键部分的受力情况后,将板材的跑偏率引入到夹送辊装置的最终分析中,建立了从液压缸压力和最终板材实际状态的目标函数,推导出板材发生跑偏中各个因素的关系。从理论上分析了夹送辊装置在运行过程中出现的辊径差、辊身的微变形以及夹送辊的微尺度变形、对中性等因素之间的关系,确定出各参数在运行过程中可满足工程使用要求的范围,并采取了理论和实践相结合的方法,对各因素进行了实验分析和论证,证实了其可信度。在实际生产中可根据具体参数及因素之间的关系进行调控,使其能够最大限度的减少跑偏的几率,从而大大降低钢板发生跑偏的可能性,提高生产效率。本文主要的创新点有:(1)根据夹送辊的机械结构,推导出辊身微变形和压力之间的定量关系,可为夹送辊的设计和改造提供理论依托。(2)设计开发新型锥形中间套夹送辊机构,该机构可以消除传统中间辊套和轴径配合所产生的不同心造成的跑偏。(3)研制一种新型的柔性自适应夹送辊铰接机构,以适应来料变化,避免夹送辊输送带钢跑偏现象。

【Abstract】 Pinch roller device is one of the key equipment in plate production line, it’s mainly used for clamping and delivery blanks in side shear, and stock length in sizing shear. It’s common in pinch roller device that the deviation have existed, it has seriously affected steel cutting, the quality of cutting length and the improved of quality. This paper will analysis the pinch roll deviation through the organization theory, and micro-scale deformation during the operation on the various components to identify the reasons for deviation. And a kind of adaptive tapered roller pinch roll unit has developed to achieve a operation smoothly and precisely. The completion of this thesis will play an important guiding significance on the high-precision machining of plate and strip.Detailed analysis of this paper in the pinch roll during operation of the force of each key part of the situation, deviation rate of the sheet is introduced into the final analysis, the pressure from the hydraulic cylinder and the final objective function of the actual state of plate have been establishment. The relationship on each factor has been deduced. The pinch roll unit appear roller diameter difference in running, the micro-scale deformation, the relationship between the neutral and other factors have been analysis theoretically. And to take a combination of theory and practice method, the experimental analysis of the factors and demonstration proved its credibility. It’s can be based on specific parameters and factors regulating the pinch roll in the actual production, to enable them to minimize the risk of deviation, to reduce the possibility of deviation occurs, to improve production efficiency.The main innovation of this paper:(1) According to the mechanical structure of the pinch roll, the quantitative relationship between pressure and micro-deformation has been derived, that can provided theoretical support for the design and reconstruction.(2) The middle set of a new pinch roller cone body have been designed and developed which can eliminate the roller and shaft misalignment caused by the deviation.(3) Developed a new adaptive pinch roll of flexible hinge body to adapt to incoming change, to avoid the pinch roll steel belt deviation phenomenon.
