基于PLC的ABS防抱死模拟试验系统的设计与开发

【摘要】 ABS装置是提高车辆安全性的有效措施。国外ABS技术已经投入使用,我国在这方面的研究起步较晚,尚未形成实用的具有自主知识产权的产品,因此加快ABS技术的研究,开发具有自主知识产权的ABS系统对于提高国产汽车的安全性和增加我国汽车工业的国际竞争力具有重要战略实施意义。本课题主要是以ABS为研究对象,结合PLC、组态软件对ABS防抱死系统的工作过程及运行状态进行控制,并对汽车的滑移率进行了数字PID和模糊控制两种控制方法的Matlab/Simulink仿真。文章研究了ABS防抱死系统的工作原理及工作过程,分析了车辆的动力学模型及其制动模型的数学表达式,建立了单轮车辆、轮胎、制动系统的MATLAB/Simulink的仿真模型。并利用Simulink建立了PID控制器与模糊控制器,对ABS控制器进行了数字PID和模糊两种控制方法的Simulink仿真,并对仿真结果进行了比较。本文设计了PLC模拟ABS防抱死模拟实验系统,硬件部分由松下FP0系列的PLC、旋转编码器、三相异步电机组成;软件部分实现了模糊控制的算法编程,并使用组态软件实施监控。在组态界面中,实验者可以清楚的看到车辆的运动轨迹,并能通过监控界面控制车的启停。仿真结果表明模糊算法在ABS防抱死系统的制动过程中发挥了良好的控制性能。

【Abstract】 ABS equipment is an effective measures for improving the stability of vehicle. The ABStechnology has already been put into practical in other countries, but our country has notformed our own intellectual property. So, it is important to increase our country ABStechnology and the stability of vehicle for the international competitiveness of China’sautomobile industry, which has important significance implementation of the strategy.In this paper, we use ABS as controlled object. The working process and running state ofthe ABS Anti-lock Braking System is controlled by PLC and configuration software.Simulating the slip ratio of the car by digital PID and Fuzzy Algorithm with the help ofSimulink.This paper studied the ABS anti-lock braking system working principle and workingprocess. Analysising of vehicle dynamics model and its mathematical expression of the brakemodel, established MATLAB / Simulink simulation model of single-wheel vehicle, tires,brake system. Established PID controller and fuzzy controller by MATLAB / Simulink. UsingSimulink to simulate and compare on PID and fuzzy controller, respectively.The simulation of ABS anti-lock braking experiment system is relied on PLC, thehardware part including: PLC controller, rotary encoder and three-phase induction motor.the software part relized the fuzzy control algorithm programming, through configurationsoftware, we can see the trajectory of the vehicle and the vehicle in controlling monitoringinterface. Simulation results show that the fuzzy algorithm in ABS anti-lock braking system,played a good control performance.
