祛痰除湿化瘀法治疗痰湿瘀结型子宫肌瘤的临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的：系统观察祛痰除湿化瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤痰湿瘀结型的临床疗效。方法：用自拟祛痰除湿化瘀方对56例子宫肌瘤痰湿瘀结型患者进行治疗,每一个月为一个疗程,连续观察三个疗程。每疗程结束时,观察患者症状积分、肌瘤大小及子宫大小的变化。疗程结束后,用SPSS13.0软件对积分进行统计学分析,判定疗效。结果：祛痰除湿化瘀方对患者疗效分别为：中医症候疗效显效率30.36%、有效率为58.93%,总有效率89.29%；对肌瘤疗效痊愈率为5.36%、显效率为8.93%、有效率为39.28%,总有效率为53.57%。总综合有效率为55.35%。结论：说明本方对患者肌瘤大小的改善不明显,但是在改善患者临床症状,减轻痛苦方面有明显疗效,有临床推广价值。
【Abstract】 Objective:to observe the clinical effection of expelling phlegm dispersing dampness and resolving blood stasis method applied in the treatment of uterine myoma which belongs to phlegm acuminated with blood stasis.Methods:56 cases of uterine myoma which belongs to phlegm acuminated with blood stasis were treated by the formula named qutanchushihuayu fang. Take one month as a treatment course and observe the changes of the symptoms continuously for three treatment courses. To record the changes of symptoms、volume of uterus and size of the myoma in scores after each treatment course. To anlyse the scores with software SPSS 13.0 and judge the effection of the treatment.Results:tatally,89.29% of the patients’symptoms are inproved, and 46.43% of the patients’myoma are smaller than before treatment. The total effection of this treatment is 53.57%.The tatal effective proption of treatment effection including both symptoms and volmum of myoma is 55.35%. The effection of this formula of improving the symptoms is more obvious than the effection of smaller the size of myoma. It is valuable for the widening use of this formula to improve the symptoms.Conclusion:As to uterine myoma which belongs to phlegm acuminated with blood stasis, this formula has very obvious effection for inproveing the symptoms of the patients to release their tourch of the disease.It is vualuable for clinic application.
