飞机数字化维修服务平台设计

【摘要】 飞机的维修过程涉及庞大的信息和资源,对于信息和资源的管理,有必要运用现代信息技术,通过综合应用各种信息化技术和数字化设计、制造和管理技术,促进飞机维修过程的数字化。本文以飞机修理厂信息管理系统为研究对象,运用ASP(Active Server Pages)技术实现了动态网页的设计,以SQL Server2000为数据库开发工具,实现了飞机维修信息的数字化、网络化。首先,对维修厂的实际业务和管理模式进行分析,根据需求建立系统模型。然后,根据系统模型,分析所设计的数据信息,对数据库进行概念结构设计、逻辑结构设计和物理结构设计。按照系统功能需求,对系统操作界面进行设计,建立飞机数字化维修服务平台,实现了飞机维修管理信息的查询、添加、修改和删除的功能。最后,总结了程序中采用的安全技术,对系统访问控制、加密技术、以及数据的备份和恢复进行了简要介绍。系统用户通过网络访问系统服务器,可以快速的查询所需信息,实现了信息的实时共享,提高信息处理能力和速度,及时准确地提供飞机维修所需的各种信息,对飞机维修实现信息化具有借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 Aircraft maintenance involves enormous information and recourses, and the management of them requires modern information technology. Comprehensive application of information technology, digital design, manufacturing and management technology can contribute to promoting aircraft maintenance process to be digitalized.This paper takes information management system of aircraft repair plants as research subject, adopts ASP(Active Server Pages) technology to build the dynamic web design and selects SQL Server2000 as database developmental tool to make aircraft maintenance information digitalized and networked. In this paper, the author firstly analyzes the actual business and management mode of the repair plant and builds the system model as required, then analyzes the designed date information according to the system mode, and designs conceptual structure, logical structure and physical structure of the database. Next, the author designs system operation interfaces as the requirements of systematic function, establishes the digital maintenance service platform of the aircraft, it achieves that the aircraft maintenance management information can be queried, added, modified, deleted. Finally, this paper summarizes how to adopt safety technique in the process and briefly introduces system service access, encryption technique and the backup and restore of the date.System users can have access to the system server through the internet to inquire the necessary information quickly, which realizes the real-time information sharing, increases the information processing power and speed, and provides accurate all kinds of required aircraft maintenance timely. What’s more, it gives a reference for the realization of the information of aircraft maintenance.
