JDCS模型视角下工科硕士层级师生关系异化研究

【摘要】 JDCS模型即工作要求——控制——支持模型,由Karasek的JDC模型发展而得,是管理学中研究工作压力问题极为重要的理论之一,其主要研究企业内老板需求与员工控制不匹配时造成的员工受压及工作效率下降的问题。本研究借用该模型分析工科硕士层级导生关系异化问题的切入点源于前期文献及访谈结果,这一结果表明称导师为老板,认为是师生关系类似于老板与员工关系的工科硕士研究生占多数。因此相似度,本研究采用JDCS模型理论来揭示工科导生关系异化问题。通过问卷调查结果来看硕士导生关系已呈现出不和谐样态,但各学科导生关系表现形式有所不同,文科导生关系比较和谐平等;理科导生关系存在冲突成份;其它学科导生关系存在依赖成份,而工科硕士层级导生关系突出表现在:师生人际关系日趋冷淡陌生、社会关系呈现雇佣形式。综合师生关系问卷、压力源及JDCS模型量表调查结果,工科硕士层级导生关系与其它学科导生关系表现不同的原因是由于各学科硕士研究生感受的压力源不同造成,工科硕士研究生的压力主要源于导师在学习、科研上的要求。从JDCS模型视角来看,工科硕士层级导生关系异化现状产生的原因是由导师在学习科研上的要求与研究生控制能力不匹配及较低的社会支持度造成,这种孤立高压力关系导致了工科导生关系异化为冷淡、雇佣形式。由此,本研究依据JDCS模型理论提出的理想关系模式“高要求——高控制——高支持”,同时结合调查结果得出构建工科硕士层级良好师生关系的建议:从研究生方面看主要是研究生要改变自己的学习态度,提高自身学习能力,同时多了解导师性格,主动创造师生之间的有效沟通。从导师方面看主要是导师要改变对研究生的态度,改善对门下研究生的指导方法,改进师生之间交流中的处事方式,做到因材施教,从社会支持系统看主要是加强导师与本专业其他导师对工科硕士研究生的支持度。

【Abstract】 The JDCS model is the work requirement--control--support model, by Karasek the JDC model develops, is in the management science one of research work pressure question great importance theories. Its main research enterprise boss needs and employees within the matched control caused by pressure and working efficiency by employees. This research borrows this model analysis engineering course master the level monitor relations dissimilation question the breakthrough point to stem from the preliminary literature and the interview result, this result indicated that said teacher is boss, thought that is the teachers and students relations are similar the engineering course graduate student who boss and the staff relate to occupy most. Therefore the similarity, this research uses JDCS model theory to promulgate the engineering course monitor relations dissimilation question.Through the questionnaire survey result looked that master the monitor relations have presented not the harmonious modus, but various disciplines monitor relations manifestation differs from, liberal arts monitor relations quite harmonious equality; Science subjects monitor relations existence conflict ingredient; other discipline monitor relations existence dependence ingredient, but engineering course master the level monitor relations display prominently in:the teachers and students interpersonal relationship desolate strange, the social relations present the employment form day by day. The comprehensive teachers and students relations questionnaire, the pressure source and JDCS the model meter survey result, engineering course master the level monitor relations with the other discipline monitor relations performance different reason are because various disciplines graduate student feels the pressure source creates differently, the engineering course graduate student’s pressure mainly stems from teacher in the study, in the scientific research to their request. Looking from JDCS the model angle of view, the reason which engineering course master the level monitor relations dissimilation present situation produces does not match and the low social support by teacher’s in study scientific research request with the graduate student control creates, this isolated high pressure relations cause the engineering course monitor relations dissimilation desolately to, the employment form.Thus, the research the ideal relational scheme which the model theory proposed based on JDCS "the high request--high contro--high support", simultaneously unifies the survey result to obtain constructs engineering course master the level good teachers and students relations the suggestion:from students’aspect looked that is mainly the graduate student must change own study attitude, Improve own learning ability, Simultaneously understands teacher the disposition, creates between teachers’ and students’ effective communication on own initiative. From teachers’aspect looked that under the guidance of graduate students to improve communication between teachers and students, improve method of the way, and their aptitude. From the society support system looked that is mainly strengthens teacher and this specialty other teachers to the engineering course graduate student’s support.
