基于海量栅格数据的造林适宜性评价系统研究

【摘要】 我国种质资源优质丰富,但现有森林资源无论从总量还是质量上来看都处于较低的水平,为了实现两者之间质与量的匹配,满足林业生产实践过程中选树适地的工作需要,本文从资源评价的角度出发,利用GIS技术、海量数据管理技术、空间数据库技术、数学模型理论,构建了一个全国范围内适用的基于海量栅格数据的造林适宜性评价系统。在评价模型研究中,文章充分考虑了影响林木生长的各种环境因子及环境限制因子,选取高精度数据,以栅格为评价单元,建立各评价因子的隶属函数,并通过层次分析法和专家评分法相结合的形式,为评价因子赋予权重系数,最终利用模糊综合评价法完成评价模型的构建。在系统总体设计上,重点对数据库和应用服务功能进行了设计,将系统划分为基础地理信息管理子系统、造林适宜性评价子系统、数据维护子系统和用户管理子系统。同时,评价功能的灵活性与界面的可操作性,将为林业管理用户带来新的体验。实验证明,该系统能够为造林地或植被种植基地的选址提供宏观决策。

【Abstract】 The germplasm resources is rich in China, however, the forest resources have been staying in the low level from both quantity and quality. In order to realize the matching of quantity and quality and meet the requirements of tree selection in the forestry production practice. In this paper, on the basis of resource evaluation, GIS technology, mass raster data management technology, spatial database technology and mathematical model theory, a forestation assessment evaluation system based on mass raster data, which is applicable to the whole nation.In the study of evaluation model, various environmental factors and environmental limited factors which affect the growth of trees have been considered. The highly precised data has been selected to establish the membership functions of each evaluation factor, taking raster as the evaluation unit. In addition, analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation method have been integrated to give the weight coefficients for the evaluation factors. Finally, the evaluation model has been established by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In the overall design of the system, the database and application service have been designed and the system has been divided into fundamental geographic information management subsystem, forestation suitability assessment subsystem, data maintenance subsystem and user management subsystem. Meanwhile, flexibility and interface maneuverability have been evaluated to bring new experiences for the users of forestry management. The practice has proved that the system can provide the macro decision for the site selection of forestation and planting base.
