【摘要】 辅导员是高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。进入21世纪后,高校教育体制改革进一步深化,辅导员工作也面临着许多前所未有的新问题和新挑战。虽然党和政府非常重视高校辅导员队伍的建设,但其被赋予的教师和干部的双重身份以及现实工作的特殊性和复杂性,决定了辅导员这一“特殊教师队伍”必将受到比普通专业教师更多的角色定位的困扰。在社会分工更加细化、专业化领域更加广阔的今天,高校辅导员的传统角色发生了危机,其角色的正确定位在高校教育体制改革的背景下也更为典型和突出。因此,提高辅导员的专业素质,加速辅导员的专业化建设势在必行。本论文以角色理论为依据,针对当前辅导员角色定位中存在的问题和弊端,对高校专职辅导员角色定位的现状和影响辅导员角色定位的外因和内因进行了分析和归纳：辅导员职责不明、权利和义务不对等、职业发展方向不明确和新时期思想政治教育的特点以及兴趣、性格、和价值观等,并从促进辅导员专业化成长的视角,对如何给辅导员角色正确定位提出具体对策,力求从源头解决辅导员专业化的问题。论文包括三个部分：第一部分为论文的第一章,主要包括研究背景、课题意义、文献综述、研究的理论基础、研究过程和方法等。第二部分是论文的主体部分之一,为论文的第二章和第三章,从辅导员角色界定入手,分别论述国家、高校、大学生对辅导员的角色期望,与辅导员角色定位的现状进行对比,详细论述了造成辅导员角色困惑和角色失调的内外因素。第三部分是论文的第四章,是本研究的结论部分,包括对影响辅导员角色定位的原因分析以及如何促进辅导员队伍专业化发展的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Counselors, being indispensable members of the university’s staff,are the organizers, practicers and instructors of the ideological and political education in universities. After we have entered the 21st century, the reform of highereducational system is still going on and deepening. Therefore, the instructors will encounter a great many unprecedented new problems and new challenges.Counselors, this one "peculiar teaching body",will be confronted with more harassment of the role conflict than the others because of their dual status and occupational complexity,in spite that the Party and the government attach more importance to their cultivation.The traditional roles of counselors have changed along with the greater division of labor and the more subdivisible professionalization in society. Role conflict is more typical and severe with the reform of higher educational system. Therefore,how to raise their quality is a great task facing the reform of higher education.Based upon the theory of role conflict, the dissertation endeavors to analyze the current status and causes, this article has analyzed and summarized the internal and external reasons which cause the situation,includes responsibilities undefined rights and obligation unequivalent,career development unclear,in the meantime,the mental,political and educational characteristic in modern era,the interest,character and value opinion of individual tutou are also the reasons.and bring forward corresponding countmeasures to relieve the conflict from the perspective of the vocationalization and the professionalization of the counselors.This article contains three parts.The first part is chapter 1,mainly includes research background, focus quesitons,literature summary,theoretical basis,problems of study,research process and methods.The second part,also one of the main part of the article is from chapter2tochapter3.Through the counselor concept,the writer discuss the expectation of the country,college school and the students.Contrast with the current situation of the counselor,and discuss the reason why the counselors feel muddle and imbalance of the role.The third part is chapter 4,the conclusion part of the article,includes the analyzation and summarization of the reasons and further suggestions for the construction of counselors.更多还原
