高速电主轴单元的热态特性研究

【摘要】 高速机床是先进制造技术中的重要成就之一,逐渐成为制造业的一个明确的发展方向,也是经济发展的必然要求。高速机床已成为支撑国民经济发展的重要基础装备,其技术水平的高低是衡量一个国家科学技术水平和生产力水平的重要标志之一,也是促进装备制造业迅速发展的重要因素。高速电主轴是高速机床的关键部件,改善电主轴的热态特性,以减少电主轴的温升和热变形是当前电主轴研究的重要内容之一。本课题针对高速电主轴的热态特性进行研究,并对温度变化引起的电主轴形位偏差进行分析,具体内容如下:1.通过对电主轴单元的主要热源分析,设计内外结合式测温方案,完成对其主要热源的温度数据采集。2.对电主轴单元进行ANSYS仿真分析,得出电主轴单元的温度场和热应力分布图,以及主轴关键部位的温度随时间变化的情况。3.通过对电主轴单元温度及热变形量的数据分析,明确了影响主轴热变形量的因素。并运用Lab VIEW软件设计了温升与热变形数据分析系统。4.对电主轴单元的温升控制与误差补偿措施进行分析和讨论,提出改善电主轴热态特性的措施。

【Abstract】 High speed machine tool is the important achievement of advanced manufacturing technology, gradually becomes one of the developments of the manufacturing industry with a clear direction, and is the inevitable requirement of economic development. High speed machine tool has become the important supporting national economic development, the technology based equipment level is the measure of a national science and technology level and the level of productivity, but also promote an important mark of the equipment manufacturing industry rapid development of important factors. High-speed electric spindle is the key parts of high-speed machine, improve electric spindle one-dimenion thermal characteristics, in order to reduce the temperature electric spindle thermal deformation is the current electric spindle one of the important research topics.This research for high-speed electric spindle one-dimenion thermal properties of temperature change, and the electric spindle form and position deviation analysis, the concrete content as follows:1. Through the main spindle unit of electricity heat sources analysis, design combined type temperature measurement program, complete to its main heat source temperature data collection.2. To electric spindle unit are ANSYS simulation analysis, obtains electric spindle unit temperature field and thermal stress distribution, and spindle key parts of temperature changes with time.3. Through the electric spindle unit temperature and thermal deformation data analysis, clarifies the influence factors of thermal deformation axis. And using the Lab VIEW software design temperature rise and thermal deformation data analysis system.4. Electric spindle unit of temperature control and error compensation is analyzed and discussed measures for improving electric spindle, and puts forward the measures one-dimenion thermal properties.
