HAP晶须填料抗菌改性的实验研究

【摘要】 【目的】研究溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米ZnO的相关条件,纳米ZnO熔附于HAPw的工艺参数,制备出具有粗糙表面的HAPw/ZnO填料,进一步研究HAPw/ZnO复合填料对口腔常见致病菌的抗菌性能,以期为下一步制备抗菌性填料奠定基础。【材料和方法】采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米ZnO,研究不同PH值、不同表面改性剂用量及不同环已烷用量对生成纳米ZnO粒径大小、分散情况及抗菌性能的影响:在确定纳米ZnO制备工艺条件下,将纳米ZnO通过一定工艺熔附于陶瓷晶须表面,通过TEM观察HAPw/ZnO填料复合体的形貌;用液体稀释法检测四种无机填料(自制纳米ZnO、HAPw/ZnO,商品纳米ZnO,四针状氧化锌晶须)对口腔常见致病菌的抗菌性能。【结果】在PH值为8.2,油酸量与总醇溶液量比例为0.0015,环已烷量为总醇溶液1/2时制备的纳米ZnO纳米粒径小,分散性好;以此条件下制备的纳米ZnO胶体通过一定工艺可熔附于HAPw上,实现晶须的改性;抗菌性能显示自制的纳米ZnO、HAPw/ZnO,商品纳米ZnO,四针状氧化锌晶须四种抗菌剂均具备一定的抗菌性其中自制纳米ZnO抗菌性能最好。【结论】醋酸锌醇溶液在溶胶-凝胶条件下可以制备出纳米ZnO;通过溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米ZnO可以用来改性HAPw;HAPw经纳米ZnO改性后具备一定的抗菌性。
【Abstract】 [Objectives] The aim of the study was to investigate the process condition of sol-gel process of ZnO-related condition.The preparation parametes of nano Zinc Oxide was fused on the HAPw. Prepared with a rough surface HAPw/ZnO filler. Further research HAPw/ZnO composite fillers on the antibacterial properties of oral pathogens in order to prepare for the next lay the foundation for antibacterial filler.[Materials and Methods] Sol-gel process and ZnO, of different PH values, different dosage and different surface modification on the formation of nano ZnO cyclohexane particle size, dispersion and antibacterial properties; Preparation of nano-ZnO in determining the conditions, the nano-ZnO by a certain process-fused ceramic whiskers on the surface.Through TEM observation HAPw/ ZnO complex morphology of filler. Dilution test with four kinds of inorganic fillers (ZnO, HAPw/ ZnO, zinc oxide products, four needle-like zinc oxide whiskers) of oral cariogenic bacteria commonly have antibacterial properties.[Result] In the PH value of 8.2, Oleic acid content and the proportion of the total volume of alcoholic solution is 0.0015, the total amount of alcohol solution of cyclohexane 1/2 diameter of the nano ZnO, Nano-particle size is small, good dispersion.Under this condition ZnO colloid prepared as liquor, will be cleaned HAPw into the ZnO colloidal solution containing,40℃and 60% relative humidity for three days, Drying, calcinations, under the insulation in the whisker surface layer of ZnO colloidal crystals grown film. Antibacterial properties of zinc oxide that the Self,HAPw/ZnO, commodity zinc oxide, zinc oxide whiskers tetrapod all four antimicrobial agents have certain antibacterial properties.[Conclusions] Alcohol solution of zinc acetate in the sol-gel can be prepared under the conditions of small particle size zinc oxide nanoparticles. ZnO whiskers formed on the surface in a layer of ceramic membrane generated HAPw/ZnO has certain antibacterial properties.
