【摘要】 2010年,我国三网融合试点正式启动。根据国家关于三网融合的整体进程安排,2011年将扩大试点,2012年,三网融合将全面推进。作为电信运营商,三网融合既是机遇也是挑战。一方面,电信运营商的经营范围从电话、宽带领域拓展到视频领域；另一方面,广电将凭借片源的优势,成为电信运营商强有力的竞争对手。在这场将来临的竞争中,电信运营商所拥有的除了适合有线网运营的体制外,就是一张无处不在的网络。但是面向三网融合,面向视频业务的承载,以承载固话业务为主、辅助承载宽带业务的接入网事实上已难以担当此任,迫切需要转型。本文通过对三网融合背景下将开展的各项业务进行分析,提出了未来3-5年用户的带宽需求。围绕需求,对当前各项宽带接入技术的性能特点进行了分析、筛选,选择出可以满足中长期需求的几项技术,并进行了建设、运维成本的综合比较,最终提出当前宽带接入网的转型策略：直接向目标网FTTH演进。明确了向FTTH目标网演进的转型策略后,本文重点对如何实施FTTH转型做了论述。对FTTH网络的核心一光纤接入网的整体规划方法、建设标准原则等进行了阐述；同时提出FTTH转型不仅是建设的转型,也是运维、市场、IT的转型,是从铜缆网运营向光纤网运营转型的观点,并结合实践,对运维、市场、IT支撑系统等面向规模运营必需具备的关键点提出了意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 2010, China officially launched the pilot triple play According to the arrangements on the overall process of network convergence, the pilot will be expanded in 2011,2012, triple play will be fully promoted. As telecom operators, triple play is both an opportunity and a challenge. On the one hand telecommunication operators range from telephone, broadband extended to the field of video; the other hand, radio and television will rely on new sources of advantage, to become a rival of telecom operators. In the coming competition, compared with radio telecommunication have in addition the system suitable for wired network operators, is a ubiquitous network. But for the triple play, for carrying video services, we by carrying fixed-line services primarily, auxiliary carrying broadband access network, in fact hardly capable of doing, we urgently need to transition, how do we change?Based on the triple play will be undertaken in the context of business analysis, forecast the next 3-5 years the user’s bandwidth requirements. According to the needs, On the current performance of the broadband access technology analyzes the characteristics, choose several technologies to meet the needs of medium and long term, then the construction, operation and maintenance costs of technologies to do comprehensive comparison, eventually proposed the current broadband access network transformation strategy:The evolution directly to FTTH.Clear evolution to FTTH, this paper focuses on how to implement the transformation. The core of the FTTH network-the overall optical access network planning methods, construction standards were introduced. It also proposed the construction of FTTH is not only the transformation of transition, but also operation and maintenance, marketing, IT transformation.This is from the copper network operators transition to the fiber network operation. Finally, with practice, from the operation and maintenance, marketing, IT support systems, the paper points out the scale of operations necessary to do the work.更多还原
