移动网管系统中的性能数据采集子系统设计与实现

【摘要】 移动通信网络的网管系统是运用现代计算机及网络技术、通信网技术、管理技术、应用软件开发技术等,对移动通信网,以及维护管理工作流程进行综合和自动化的管理。网管系统是一个高度集成的信息系统。网络管理应逐步从面向单一设备的操作维护,向面向全网设备的集中维护以及面向网络的最优化运行发展,为网络扩容和规划优化提供支撑的工具。本文以TMN(Telecommunication Management Network)规范为蓝本,提出了一套针对黑龙江省移动网络管理的性能数据采集解决方法,并且进行了实际工程实施。其中的系统设计方案已经在黑龙江移动网管三期工程中得到了验证。本文在总结了传统网管的不足前提下,设计和实现了基于PERL DBI技术的黑龙江移动网管三期工程的性能数据采集子系统。性能数据采集子系统分为两个部分,分别是采集的控制部分和采集的实现部分,采集的控制部分实现了对采集任务从产生到结束的全程控制,采集的实现部分又分为核心程序和厂家包,实现了核心程序和厂家算法的分离,提高了性能采集子系统的稳定性,极大的减少了接口升级的工作量。在对网络性能管理系统分析的基础上,还同时对本系统和各种OMC(操作维护中心)系统的关系、系统的接口,进行了分析,提出了一套可靠性好、安全性高、扩展灵活且具有高度实用性的解决方案。最终实现了对黑龙江移动的通信网络中爱立信、诺基亚、摩托罗拉等7个厂家的19个OMC(操作维护中心)的接入。网管系统的建设过程是一项持续发展的系统工程,本文在最后还对网管系统的发展作了总结和分析,希望能够对未来的建设提供参考。

【Abstract】 The mobile Network Performance Management System (NPM) is an integrated and highly automatic information system. To design such a complex system, the computing and networking technology, telecommunication network technology, management technology, and application software development technology are widely used. NPM should evolve to a centralized and effective system which can provide maintenance and optimization ability to the whole network.The paper follows the principles of Telecommunication Management Network (TMN). The solution combines the TMN principles with real status of China Mobile, provide a practicable NPM solution to Hei Longjiang province. The paper in summarized under the traditional network management flaw premise, designed and has realized based on PERL DBI technology Heilongjiang mobile network management third phased project performance data collecting subsystem. The performance data collecting module divides into two parts, respectively was the collecting control section and the collecting realization part, the collecting control section realizes to has gathered the duty from produce to the conclusion entire journey control, The collecting realization part divides into the core procedure and the factory package, Has realized the core procedure and the factory algorithm separation.Basing on the analysis of network management system, this paper analyses the relationship and interfaces about OMC, and put forward the high practicability solution of dependability, security, explanation.Finally has realized to the Heilongjiang mobile correspondence network in Ericsson, Nokia, Motorola and so on 7 factory 19 OMC (operation maintenance center) turning on.However, the construction of a NPM system is a continuous developing process. The solution given in this paper considers the two factors of high efficiency and scalability. Hope that the NMS development will also benefit from it.
