【摘要】 目的：本实验采用药流产后大鼠模型,观察益气化瘀方对药物流产后大鼠血清雌二醇（E₂）、孕酮（P）含量及子宫组织中雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）表达的影响,探讨其促进产后子宫生理复旧的作用机理。方法：选用清洁级SD妊娠大鼠72只,随机分为空白组、模型组、产复康组及益气化瘀方低、中、高剂量组,除空白组不造模,其余5组均建立大鼠药物流产后模型。采用放射免疫法检测各组大鼠血清中雌二醇（E₂）、孕酮（P）的含量,免疫组化法检测各组大鼠子宫组织中ER、PR的表达水平。结果：模型组大鼠血清中E₂、P含量及子宫组织中ER、PR表达均低于空白组。与模型组比较,益气化瘀方低、中、高剂量组用药后,血清E₂含量升高,P含量降低,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05,P<0.01）；益气化瘀方中剂量组可升高ER、PR的表达（P<0.05,P<0.01）。益气化瘀方低、中、高剂量组与产复康组比较,E₂、P含量及ER、PR水平差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：药物流产后大鼠模型E₂、ER、PR均降低和P未降至正常水平,可能影响了产后子宫内膜的修复,益气化瘀方通过升高E₂、ER、PR水平,降低P水平,发挥治疗药物流产后子宫异常出血的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:To explore the mechanism of Yiqi huayu fang in the role of uterine involution in rats model of medical abortion,by observing the content of E₂,P in serum and the expression of ER, PR in uterine tissues.Methods:Seventy-two SD pregnant rats were randomly devid-ed into 6 groups:blank group,model group,Chan fu kang group, Yiqi huayu fang low-,middle-,and high-dose group. Except the blank group,we make other five groups the model of medical abortion. The content of E₂,P in serum were detected by radioimmunoassay （RIA）and the expression of ER,PR in uteri-ne tissues by immunohistochemistry.Results:Both the content of E₂,P in serum and the expression of ER, PR in uterine tissues of the model group were lower than the blank group. Comparing with the model group,the content of E₂ raised and P reduced in Yiqi huayu fang low-, middle-,high-dose group with significant difference（P<0.05,P<0.01）,and no statistical meaning with Chan fu kang group （P>0.05）.The expression of ER and PR was raised in Yiqi Hua-yu fang middle dose group（P<0.05,P<0.01）.The content of E₂,P and the expression of ER,PR in three groups of Yiqi Huayu Fang all have no significant difference（P>0.05）.Conclusion:The content of E₂, P and the expression of ER, PR were reduced in the rats postpartum uterine redintegration incomplete model after medical abortion, that may impair the repair of endometrium. Yiqi Huayu Fang played a role in cur-ing uterine redintegration incomplete caused by medical aborttion,by raising the content of E₂,ER and PR,and reducing the content of P.更多还原
