【摘要】 改革开放以来,民间结社的热潮不断涌起。在经济社会日益发展的今天,以青年为主体的草根组织越来越活跃,不断汇聚民间公益的力量。草根青年公益组织作为践行公益的青年自组织,在社会各领域引起了较大反响,也受到了很多关注。本文以“滴水公益”、“第九世界”和“草根之家”这三个草根青年公益组织为个案,从组织形态、内部结构、筹资方式、人员管理、活动形式、组织与政府和企业的互动等方面了解草根青年公益组织是如何实现和维持组织运行的以及组织发展过程中面临的困难和障碍。在此基础上,从外部环境和自身能力建设方面分析草根青年公益组织未来赢取社会承认的可行性路径,并对草根青年公益组织与公民社会的发展进行思考。当前草根青年公益组织的运行存在诸多限制,如资源不足、专业人才缺乏,需要多种力量的推动,以促进草根青年公益组织实现更好的发展,推动公民社会的建构。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since Chinese Reform and Opening up, an upsurge of civil association appears in the society constantly. Today with the development of economy and society, grass-roots organizations composed mainly of youth have become increasingly active, bringing together the strength of civil commonweal. As a Youth organization of implementing public welfare, youth grass-roots commonweal organization not only have evoked a great effect in fields of society caused a big stir, but also drawn a lot of attention.The writer adopts cases study which base on three youth grass-roots commonweal organization - "Drops of Water Community Organization", "the Nine Worlds "and "Grass-roots House". This dissertation probes into how the youth grass-roots commonweal organization accomplish and maintain organizations’operation and what difficulties they have during the development by analyzing the organization forms, internal structure, financing, human management, activity forms, and interaction with government and enterprises, etc. On this basis, analyze possible ways to gain the public recognition in the future, from the aspects of the external environment and their own capacity, and contemplate over the relationship between youth grass-roots commonweal organizations and civil society.Right now, a great deal of questions is existed in the running of the youth grass-roots commonweal organizations, such as being lack of resources and professionals, and what is needed is a confluence of many forces, expecting that promoting the growing of the youth grass-roots commonweal organizations and construction of civil society.更多还原
