课程的公正性研究

【摘要】 公正是人类社会具有永恒价值的基本理念和基本行为准则,是实现社会和谐发展的重要因素。随着公正化意识和观念的不断增强,大众群体对社会公正的要求也不断深入。课程公正,作为实现教育公正的载体,成为近年来教育领域内新的关注点。课程公正作为教育公正的微观领域,意在为所有学生个体提供均等的教育机会,为个体实现自由全面发展的、符合个体需求的多元化课程。本文主要是从程序公正的角度对课程中的公正性问题进行论述的。首先对课程、公正正及程序公正的内涵作较为明了的梳理与总结,进而基于程序公正的视角,分析和论述课程中存在的公正问题。程序公正视野下的课程公正问题主要体现在两个方面:课程内容和课程实施条件。课程内容方面主要是从性别化倾向、民族化倾向和城市化倾向三个角度来述说的,课程实施条件则主要从师资条件、经费投入、基础设施的角度来说明的。在此基础上提出了课程公正的基本原则:机会均等原则、差异性原则、补偿性原则。论文的结束部分,提出了课程公正的实现路径:首先,在政策制定方面,要使课程制度公正化,包括课程制度的制定和具体实施过程要体现公正的原则;其次课程内容方面,课程内容的选择要关注边缘人群,发展多元文化课程,课程内容设置应体现弹性化原则,使不同的学生群体对其所接受的教育具有可接受性;最后,教育资源的合理均衡配置应坚持帕累托最优的标准,保障课程实施条件的公正,实现课程的程序性公正。

【Abstract】 Justice is the eternal values of human society with the basic concepts and basic code of conduct, which is an important factor in the development of social harmony. With the strength of impartial awareness and concept, public demands for social justice has continued deepening. Fair curriculum as the vector of the educational justice, is becoming a new focus in the field of education. Curriculum justice as an microscopic field of the educational justice, intending for individuals to provide equal educational opportunities, offering diversified curriculum to achieve individual comprehensive free development and to meet the individual needs of students.This article discusses the issue of fairness in curriculum from the perspective of procedural justice. First of all, it delimits the concept of curriculum, justice and procedural justice simply and clearly. And then, Analysis and discussion direct to the issue of fairness in curriculum, based on procedural justice perspective. Justice curriculum, in the vision of procedural justice, mainly in two aspects:course content and course conditions. Course content discusses from the tendency of gender, nation and urbanization. In the part of course conditions, it illustrates the teacher conditions, the input of funds and infrastructure. On the basis of above, it proposes the basic principles of curriculum justice:equal opportunities, the difference, compensatory. In the concluding part of paper, it presents the Implementational path to curriculum justice. First, in the policy formulation, to make curriculum system impartial, including curriculum development system and the specific implementation process which should reflect the principles of justice. Second, the selection of curriculum content should pay attention to marginalized groups, and evolve multicultural curriculum. The curriculum should reflect the flexibility, making different groups of students could accept the provided education. Finally, educational resources deploy legitimately should persist the Pareto optimal care standards, and ensure just curriculum conditions for implementing the procedural justice curriculum.
