重庆市农村幼儿教师专业发展需要研究

【摘要】 教师专业发展需要具有重要作用,教师专业发展需要是教师自我专业发展的内在主观动力,教师专业发展需要有助于重新审视教师职业价值,教师专业发展需要可以为教师教育制度的发展和完善奠定基础。但是目前农村幼儿教师专业发展需要受到忽视,农村幼儿教师教育并不是基于农村幼儿教师专业发展需要提出而缺乏效率及针对性,这影响了农村幼儿教师教师主体性的发挥,影响了农村幼儿教师专业的发展与成长,研究农村幼儿教师专业发展需要势在必行。本研究在明确教师专业发展需要的内涵与外延的基础上认为幼儿教师专业发展需要主要包括专业态度需要、专业知识需要、专业技能需要、专业发展方式需要和专业发展环境需要。本研究以这五个方面为维度,主要通过文献法、问卷法、访谈法对重庆市农村幼儿教师专业发展需要的现状进行调查研究。通过对农村幼儿教师专业需要的问卷调查与访谈,真正了解农村幼儿教师专业发展需要总体现状、并对农村幼儿教师专业需要进行了差异性分析及合理性分析。在明确农村幼儿教师专业发展需要的总体现状、不同教龄农村幼儿教师专业发展需要的具体差异及深刻了解了哪些是农村幼儿教师合理专业发展需要,哪些是农村幼儿教师不合理的专业发展需要的基础之上,对农村幼儿教师专业发展及农村幼儿教师教育提出了可行性建议。全文共分为三个部分:第一章介绍了本研究的研究问题的提出、文献综述、概念界定、研究对象、研究思路及本研究的研究方法等。第二章是本研究的核心部分,笔者主要从专业态度需要、专业知识需要、专业技能需要、专业发展方式需要和专业发展环境需要五个方面对农村幼儿教师专业发展需要做了较为系统深入的分析。第三章在问卷调查、访谈资料的研究与分析的基础上,对如何满足、引导农村幼儿教师专业发展需要,促进农村幼儿教师教育的发展,促进农村幼儿教师专业发展与成长,提出了相对具有针对性的意见和建议。

【Abstract】 Teachers’professional developing needs play important roles in many aspects. Teachers’ professional developing need is important subjective power of teachers’ professional developing. Teachers’professional developing need can help us to form a new view on professional value of teachers. Teachers’professional developing need can lay a foundation for the development of teacher education system. Now, But Teachers’professional developing needs of kindergarten teachers in rural areas are neglected. The teachers’education which was carry on often can’t match the needs of kindergarten teachers, which is the important reason why the teachers’ education is ineffective and lack specificity, which often weaken the subjective power of kindergarten teachers in rural areas and influent teachers’professional developing. So we said to survey and study on Teachers’professional developing needs of kindergarten teachers in rural areas is imperative.On the basis of clearing connotation and denotation of teachers’ professional developing needs, this study believe teachers’professional developing needs of kindergarten teachers include:the need for teachers’professional development attitude; the need for teachers’professional development knowledge; the need for teachers’professional development competence; the need for teachers’ professional development approach; the need for teachers’professional development environment. According to the five areas, this study take literature method; questionnaire and interviews to survey the teachers’professional developing needs of kindergarten teachers in Chongqing rural Areas.Through the questionnaire and interviews, this study understand current situation of teachers’ professional developing needs of Kindergarten Teachers in Chongqing Rural Areas, and do the analysis of difference and rationality about teachers’professional developing needs of Kindergarten Teachers in Chongqing Rural Areas. After understanding the current situation of teachers’ professional developing needs of Kindergarten Teachers in Chongqing Rural Areas, teachers’ professional developing needs’difference of rural kindergarten teachers who have different teaching experience and understanding which teachers’professional developing needs of Kindergarten Teachers in Chongqing Rural Areas are reasonable and which are not, this study put forward the feasibility proposal about how to promote teachers’professional developing and teachers’education of Kindergarten Teachers in Rural AreasThe dissertation consists of three parts.The preface introduces the studying problem, literature review, definition,the object of study, research ideas and the studying methods.Part two is the core of this dissertation, in which I try to from the five areas (the need for teachers’ professional development attitude; the need for teachers’professional development knowledge; the need for teachers’ professional development competence; the need for teachers’ professional development approach; the need for teachers’ professional development environment) to profoundly analyze the teachers’ professional developing needs of Kindergarten Teachers in Rural Areas.Part three put forward some advice on how to guide and satisfy the teachers’professional developing needs of kindergarten teachers in Rural Areas, and on how to promote pre-school teacher professional development and pre-school teachers’ education in rural areas.
