继电保护出口回路监测及状态检修的研究

【摘要】 继电保护技术及设备己进入微机保护时代,微机保护的稳定性、灵活性、可靠性等优势已同趋明显。然而,微机保护设备和系统的检修工作仍然沿用传统的定期检验方法,降低了二次设备的可用率,因此,开展状态检修对继电保护系统的安全稳定运行具有重要的作用。本文分析了继电保护状态检修的特点和需求,针对继电保护出口回路状态监测这一具体问题,提出了一种跟踪霍尔传感器输出电压变化、无电气连接的操作回路状态检测原理。最后,开发了一套快速检测跳合闸回路和出口接点状念的装置,验证了理论分析的正确性。本文开发的装置作为华北电网继电保护状态检修科技项目的重要成果之一,己通过鉴定,评价为“整体处于世界先进、国内领先水平”。

【Abstract】 The microprocessor protection has significantly improved the stability、flexibility and reliability of protective relaying. However, the microprocessor protection maintenance is based on the regular testing methods, which may debase the availability of secondary equipment. Therefore, it is indispensable to develop predictive diagnostic maintenance for the security and stability of protective relaying system. In order to deal with condition detection of the outlet circuit, this thesis analyzes the characteristics and needs of condition based maintenance, and proposes an operation circuit state inspection principle without electrical connection based on tracking the output voltage changes of Hall sensor. In addition, the developed device can detect the trip or close circuit and outlet contact point rapidly, which indicates that the theoretical analysis above is correct. This device has passed the identification of "The most advanced in the world, the leading level in China" as research results in North China Grid relay protection predictive maintenance technology project.
