220kV变电站电压稳定与无功优化配置方法的研究

【摘要】 电压是衡量电能质量的重要指标,电压质量对电力系统稳定运行、降低线路损耗、保证工业和农业的安全生产、提高产品质量、降低用电损耗都有直接影响,因此保证电压质量是电力系统设计和运行的重要任务。受端电网电压的稳定控制也一直是困扰运行的难点和热点研究问题。论文基于廊坊电网的实际案例,研究设计了在220kV策城变电站的110kV母线上安装并联电容器,提高电网的补偿能力、降低变压器自身的损耗等并可缓解廊坊地区的无功紧缺状况,提高廊坊地区抵御电网事故的能力。无功优化也是电力系统安全经济运行研究的一个重要组成部分。无功优化控制是以提高电压合格率、降低电网损耗为目标。论文设计了廊坊电网全局电压无功优化控制系统,该系统采用了电网的实际结构参数和运行参数进行潮流的仿真计算,对地区电网进行全局优化控制,并将理论分析数据与实际监控数据进行综合考虑,从全局角度对地区电网进行优化,而且采用先进模型算法、改进遗传算法,将计算机技术与电网实际运行情况有机结合,增强了系统电压稳定性。通过对SCADA数据和高压线路充电功率的修正,显著提高了无功优化控制的准确性和有效性,取得了比较好的效果。

【Abstract】 Voltage is an important index measure of power quality, the quality of voltage on power system stability operation, reduce the loss of line, ensure the safety of industrial and agricultural production, improve product quality, reduce the power loss to have direct influence, thereby guaranteeing the quality of voltage is electrical system design and operation of the important task. Power grid voltage by the stability control also has been a major operation of the difficult and hot research problems. Based on the actual cases, langfang power grid in the research and design of 110 kV substations of 220kV strategy city bus, install shunt capacitors to raise grid compensation ability, reduce the loss and transformer itself langfang region can alleviate the reactive power shortage and improve langfang region the ability to resist grid accident.Reactive power optimization is the safety of the electricity system economy operation research important constituent. Reactive power optimization control is to enhance voltage qualification rate, reduce the power loss for the target. Paper designed the langfang grid global voltage reactive-power optimization control system, this system USES a grid’s actual structure parameters and operation parameters of the simulation calculation, the trend for global optimization control to the local grid, and theoretical analysis data and practical monitoring data from a global perspective, comprehensive consideration of regional power grid is optimized, and adopts advanced model algorithm, the improved genetic algorithm, will computer technology and network organic combination of actual operation situation, and enhance the system voltage stability. Through high-voltage lines of SCADA data and correction of charging power, which can improve reactive power optimization control accuracy and validity, and good results have been achieved.
