亚美大宁煤矿定向水平长钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯合理预抽期研究

【摘要】 瓦斯灾害是影响我国煤矿安全生产的最大威胁,瓦斯抽采是防治煤矿瓦斯灾害事故的根本措施,瓦斯抽采较好地解决了瓦斯突出、瓦斯超限等问题,但存在着预抽时间不能合理确定的问题。为了解决这一问题,针对不同的布孔方式,确定合理预抽期对提高矿井瓦斯抽采效果、避免盲目抽采、实现矿井的高产高效有着重要意义。本文在现场取样的基础上,通过实验室模拟,初步确定了亚美大宁煤矿3号煤层消突临界瓦斯含量及消突临界瓦斯压力值,并基于3号煤层定向水平长钻孔的布孔参数、瓦斯抽采量与时间的关系,确定了定向水平长钻孔预抽瓦斯实际预抽率的计算方法,在此基础上,结合预抽期的影响因素,建立了亚美大宁煤矿定向水平长钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯合理预抽期评价模型,确定了不同布孔方式下的定向水平长钻孔预抽回采面煤层瓦斯的合理预抽期,并探讨了回采面合理的布孔参数。在分析亚美大宁煤矿地质演化史和地质构造特征的基础上,介绍了亚美大宁煤矿区域综合防突措施,分析了采用顺层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯作为该矿区域消突措施区域的必要性及可行性。结合亚美大宁煤矿定向水平长钻孔的布孔参数、不同预抽时间下的瓦斯抽采量分不同深度组别(200m组、400m组、600m组)预抽钻孔对定向水平长钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯的抽放效果进行了考察,得出了不同深度组别的瓦斯抽采量与时间的关系、瓦斯预抽率随时间的变化规律,通过分析不同长度定向水平长钻孔的抽采效果,确定了定向水平长钻孔的合理钻孔长度。

【Abstract】 Gas disasters is the biggest threat to safe production in coal mine of our country and gas drainage is the fundamental measures against gas disasters and accidents.The gas drainage has controlled the gas outburst and the gas overrun, but there is not reasonable certain to pre- draining time,In order to solve this problem, according to the different drillhole pattern, confirming reasonable pre-draining time has important significance to improve gas drainage effect, avoid blind drainage, realize the high yield and efficiency. On the basis of taking samples,this paper has confirmed the marginal value of eliminating outburst about using the index to predict gas outburst in NO.3 seam of YameiDaning coalmine through laboratory simulation,and based on drillhole parameters, the relationship between quantity of drainage and time,the method of calculating practical pre-draining rate of Directional Level Long Drilling has been determined, on this basis, combining with the influence factors of pre-draining rate,the evaluation model of reasonable pre-draining time has been builded and the reasonable pre-draining time of Directional Level Long Drilling in coal face has been calculated, in the end,the paper probes into the reasonable drillhole parameters in coal face.On the basis of analysising geological evolution and geological structure characteristics,the paper introduces the regional integrated measures to against outburst,and analyzes the feasibility which choices the bedding pre-draining as regional measures in the Daning coalmine. Combined with different drillhole parameter and quantity of drainage in different time,this paper investigates the drainage effect of Directional Level Long Drilling under points different deepness groups and obtains the relationship between pre-draining rate and time,.through the analysising the effect of different length of Directive Horizontal Long, confirms the reasonable length of the drillhole.
