超化矿通风系统优化研究

【摘要】 通风系统是煤矿生产的主要系统之一,对预防矿井各种灾害起着巨大的作用,矿井通风系统的合理布置是矿井安全生产的重要保障。随着矿井开采水平的延深,矿井供风路线不断增长,需风量不断增加,致使矿井通风阻力不断增大,往往原有的通风系统不能满足生产需要。所以,对矿井进行通风系统进行优化研究,是保障矿井安全、高效生产的重要手段之一,具有重要的现实意义。本文针对郑煤集团超化矿目前通风系统存在的问题进行了通风系统优化研究。本文对该矿主要通风机、通风阻力进行了测定,并对实测数据进行分析,得出该矿目前通风系统存在的主要问题;通过建立该矿通风网络模型,进行计算机解网,对通风系统进行分析;根据该矿实际情况,提出解决该矿通风问题的多种方案,并对各方案通风网络进行计算机解算,通过对解算结果进行分析,看各方案能不能解决该矿问题;最后对各个方案进行了优选,得出解决超化矿通风系统问题的最优方案。通过本文的研究为解决因矿井改造、新水平开拓等引起的风量不足、阻力增大问题提供了借鉴依据,对矿井通风系统管理具有重要的指导意义。

【Abstract】 Ventilation system is one of the major systems in coal mine production, mine ventilation system can prevent many disasters, so rational arrangement of mine ventilation system is an important guarantee for mine safety. With the extension of deep level underground mining, mine air routes for the growing need to continue to increase air flow, resulting in increasing resistance to ventilation. Existing ventilation system can not meet production needs. Therefore, the optimization of mine ventilation system can protect the mine’s safety, has an important means for efficient production,and has an important practical significance.In this paper,we researched the ventilation system’s problems of Zhengzhou Coal Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. Chaohua. Mine. In this paper, the main mine fan, entilation and resistance were measured, and the measured data was analysised. We get the main problems of the mine ventilation system currently. Through the establishment of the mine ventilation network model and the computer network solutions, we analysis the ventilation system; according to which the actual situation, propose solutions to a variety of programs the mine ventilation problems, and computer programs for solving ventilation network. According to the actual situation of the mine, we propose a variety of programs which can resolve the mine ventilation problems, and we solve the ventilation network of the program by using computer. By analysing the calculating results, we can make sure if the program solve the mine problem; Finally, various options are optimized, and get the optimal solution which can resolve the problem of mine ventilation system about Chaohua. Mine.Through this study, we can resolve shortage of mine air flow, the resistance increases and other issues which form mine transformation and the developing of new level. This research has the most significance for the management of mine ventilation system.
