朱仙庄矿破碎带巷道围岩稳定控制研究

【摘要】 深井软岩巷道围岩控制是煤矿深部开采的技术难题之一。以朱仙庄矿破碎带巷道围岩变形控制作为研究对象,通过理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验的方法,分析了该矿Ⅱ5行人上山工程地质特性和巷道变形破坏规律,并在此基础上探究了巷道变形破坏机理和主要影响因素,指出二次支护时支护结构的低工作阻力是导致支护失效的关键原因所在。在已有研究成果的基础上,提出应用高强度型钢支架为主体的支护结构来控制Ⅱ5行人上山巷道围岩流变的构想。试验结果表明:锚网喷注+高强度型钢支架支护能够满足该巷道对围岩变形的要求,应用效果显著。本文的研究成果对破碎带软岩巷道围岩变形控制具有重要的指导意义,可为类似地质条件下巷道支护提供借鉴,并可进一步丰富深井软岩巷道控制理论。

【Abstract】 Strata stability control on deep mine and soft rock roadway is one of the technological difficulties for deep coal mining. With a broken soft rock roadway deformation control in Zhuxianzhuang Mine for study. Engineering geological characteristics and failure law of No.Ⅱ5 person rise roadway are fully analyzed based on theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test, and on this basis to explore the roadway damage deformation mechanism and influencing factors. Pointed out that the failure of the original support method is due to support system characteristics of lower-resistance are not well to block access to unstable rock creep stage for secondary support. Base on the research results have been advanced we proposed the application of high strength steel supports as the main supporting structure to control the rheological properties of No.Ⅱ5 person rise roadway.It is proved by practice that bolt/steel mesh/shotcret/grouting+high strength steel support can meet the requirements of the roadway.The research results of this paper have important guiding significance on deformation control of broken soft rock roadway, and can give reference to the roadway with the similar geological conditions, and further enriched the control theory on soft rock roadway.
