煤矿水力冲孔射流的数值模拟与破煤机理研究

【摘要】 我国煤矿安全形势较为严峻,煤矿灾害已经成为威胁国家能源安全的重要影响因素,其中,煤与瓦斯突出是煤矿井下最严重的自然灾害之一。为有效预防发生煤与瓦斯突出事故,水力冲孔防突技术是一套行之有效的消突防突措施。然而,对于水力冲孔关键技术装备喷嘴的研究却不够,为此,本论文在理论研究与试验效验的基础上,研制出水力冲孔专用喷头和喷嘴,然后对水力冲孔的射流进行数值模拟,最后对水力冲孔破煤机理进行研究。本论文研究的主要内容包括以下几个方面:1.分析研究喷嘴类型和参数对射流特性的影响,对水力冲孔喷嘴结构和参数进行设计,并对水力冲孔喷头体进行了设计;2.利用FLUENT软件分别对水力冲孔喷头体的内部流场和喷嘴的射流场进行数值模拟,并对水力冲孔的射流打击力、射流靶距和冲孔半径进行模拟计算;3.在义安矿和新安矿进行水力冲孔现场试验,试验计算的冲孔半径高于模拟计算的结果,模拟计算的结果对现场试验具有指导意义。4.对水力冲孔破煤机理进行研究,认为水力冲孔破煤的过程包括裂缝的产生、水楔作用、表面冲刷三种机理。在本论文的研究过程中,采用理论研究、数值模拟和试验验证的方法。分别对喷头体的内部流场和喷嘴的射流场进行数值模拟,并对模拟结果进行分析研究,从而更深层次的揭示水力冲孔破煤的过程。模拟计算了喷嘴的射流打击力、喷嘴的射流靶距和冲孔半径,模拟计算的结果对水力冲孔防突技术的推广和应用都具有一定的指导意义和借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 Our coal mine safety situation is more serious, coal disaster has become an important influencing factor for threatening national energy security, in which, coal and gas outburst is the worst natural disaster in underground coal mine. In order to effectively prevent coal and gas outburst accident to occurred, hydraulic flushing technology is an effective anti-conflict rapid elimination penetration outburst. Therefore, based on theoretical and experimental research in paper, we have developed special nozzle of hydraulic flushing, Then, jet of hydraulic flushing was simulated, finally, studyed coal breaking mechanism of hydraulic flushing.The main contents of this paper included the following aspects:1. Nozzle types and parameters in the effect of jet characteristics have been analyzed, hydraulic flushing nozzle structure and nozzle body has been designed;2. Internal flow field of hydraulic flushing nozzle body and Jet flow field of nozzle have been simulated by fluent, and, jet hitting power, jet target distance and flushing radius have been simulated calculation.3. Hydraulic flushing field test has been conducted in Yian Coal and Xinan Coal, the result show that test flushing radius higher than the simulative calculation result, the simulative calculation results has guiding significance for the field test.4. Coal breaking mechanism of hydraulic flushing has been researched and analise -d, derived hydraulic flushing process, including breaking cracks, water wedge effect, the surface washed for three mechanisms.It used theoretical research, numerical simulation and experimental validation in this paper study. Internal flow field of hydraulic flushing nozzle body and Jet flow field of nozzle have been simulated, the process of breaking coal of hydraulic flushing was revealed deeper. Jet hitting power, jet target distance and flushing radius have been simulated, the simulation results were consistent with the experimental data.The simulative calculation resultshas certain directive significance and reference for extension and application of hydraulic flushing outburst prevention technique.
