鹤壁八矿工作面区域防突技术体系研究及应用

【摘要】 煤与瓦斯突出事故一直是影响鹤壁八矿的安全生产的重要影响因素之一,据统计,矿井自成立以来一共发生了9次煤与瓦斯突出事故,造成大量人员的伤亡以及财产的损失。随着开采深度的逐步加大,致使最近的好多起煤与瓦斯突出事故的发生地点都是在回采工作面,不再是传统上认为的大多突出事故只发生在掘进工作面或者是石门揭煤过程中,而且多数是由于对措施效果检验环节缺乏科学性造成的。本论文以鹤壁八矿3002(中)工作面为研究对象,针对其大深部开采条件,首先通过对工作面的掘进期间构造煤的发育分布情况进行观测、采用井下实测瓦斯参数、收集日常掘进期间的瓦斯涌出和日常效检情况等方法,运用瓦斯地质的理论编制试验工作面的瓦斯地质图,通过突出危险工作面的瓦斯地质图对工作面防突措施的合理选择和布置参数予以指导。其次提出了适合鹤壁八矿的区域措施检验指标和临界值,并重点从以下几个方面进行研究:通过涌出量分源预测法对工作面的瓦斯涌出量进行考察并对开采煤层的残余瓦斯含量进行反演,来考察区域措施效检的残余瓦斯含量;通过实验室模拟考察,对含量与钻屑解吸指标的关系进行拟合,得出钻屑解吸指标临界值对应的瓦斯含量;根据现场跟踪实测考察,测定取样点的瓦斯含量及对应的日常效检指标得出残余瓦斯含量的安全值;最后通过对矿井历史突出特征进行分析,进行残余瓦斯含量临界值的界定。通过这几个方面的考察研究,最终确定出适合鹤壁八矿突出危险工作面的区域效果检验残余瓦斯含量值为9m~3/t。通过现场的工业试验应用对该值进行考察,考察结果证明是符合矿井实际情况及安全生产需要的。

【Abstract】 Coal and gas outburst accident has been one of the most important factors impact on the production of Hebi 8th coal mine.According to historical statistics, since the establishment of mine there had been a total of 9 times about coal and gas outburst accidents, causing heavy casualties and property losses.With the gradual increase of mining depth, resulting in a lot of the recent outbursts that are located in the coal working face,no longer the traditional view that the most prominent incidents occurs only in the heading face, or the process of uncovering coal seam.Besides,most accidents are partly due to the lack of scientific test measures or results.In this paper,author took the 3002(middle) working face of 8th coal mine as the research object.Due to its large deep mining conditions. Firstly, observe the tectonic coal along with the picking process of working face. Measured by downhole gas parameters, collected routine data of gas emission and verification indicators.Using geological theories to compile a gas geological map of the working face, we take advantage of gas geological map to guide the selection and layout parameters of regional measures.Secondly,we propose a verification indicator and critical value which suit to the current situation of Hebi 8th coal mine, and take several aspects into consideration and listed them as follows:Check residual gas content after regional measures exerted through inspect the gas emission of working face and measure the residual gas content of mined coal seam via calculate approach of gas emission; By laboratory simulation study on the relationship between gas content and indicators of cuttings desorption,finding a gas content which correspond to the given indicators; According to the mensuration to determine the gas content which corresponding routine verification indicator at a safe level; Finally, using the prominent features of the history of the mine to determine the residual gas content. Through these research aspects, determine residual gas content ultimately which fit for the Hebi 8th working face,that is 9m~3 / t.After applications through the site to inspect the gas content and through inspectable results we can found that it is suit to actual situation of the mine in aspects of safety and production needs.
