突出煤层水力挤出快速消突技术研究

【摘要】 水力挤出措施是近年发展的一种水力化防治煤与瓦斯突出措施。通过一些高瓦斯矿井现场试验应用表明,该措施具有施工工程量小、效检超标率低、防突效果明显、井下工作环境得到明显改善等优点。本文在综述国内外水力冲孔、水力压裂、水力冲刷及煤层注水等防突技术的基础上,阐述了水力挤出技术与上述水力化措施的区别。运用矿山岩石流体力学、弹性力学、渗流耦合理论和弹塑性损伤力学等理论知识,对水力挤出过程中煤体的破坏规律进行了研究,阐明了水力挤出防治瓦斯的机理。在研究影响水力挤出技术参数的基础上,运用渗流—应力耦合理论,建立起煤体破裂过程中渗流—应力—损伤耦合模型,借助数值模拟软件RFPA2D对高压注水作用下的注水孔四周煤体破裂及煤体挤出位移过程中应力场、注水水压分布场、声发射场、位移矢量场和煤体在水力化作用下渗透性变化规律进行模拟研究。以鹤壁煤业集团中泰矿业公司(鹤壁四矿)实际测定瓦斯参数和效检参数为基础,结合模拟软件RFPA2D进行模拟实际注水效果,获得一定的研究成果,并取得相应结论。在鹤壁煤业集团中泰矿业公司(鹤壁四矿)进行了水力挤出现场试验,验证了模拟结果的可靠性,得出了水力挤出措施具有良好的防突效果。

【Abstract】 Hydraulic extrusion is a recent development of hydraulic change of coal and gas outburst prevention and control measures. Through some gas coal mine scene test application shows that the measure has a small amount of construction project, school inspection which is low, outburst prevention effect is obvious, underground work environment have been improved obviously, etc.Based on this review hydraulic punching and hydraulic fracturing, hydraulic flushing and coal seam affusion outburst prevention technique etc, this paper elaborates on the basis of hydraulic extrusion technology and the difference of the hydraulic measures. Use mine rock fluid mechanics, mechanics of elasticity, hydromechanical coupling theory and elastoplastic damage mechanics theory knowledge, hydraulic extrusion process of destruction rule of coal was studied, illustrates the mechanism of hydraulic extrusion control gas. In the study of influence of hydraulic extrusion technology parameters based on seepage - stress, using theory of coupling, established in coal -- stress rupture process seepage, with the help of the coupling model -- damage numerical simulation software of high pressure water injection RFPA2D under the action of coal injection hole around broke and coal extrusion process of water stress, displacement pressure distribution field, acoustic launch site, displacement vector field and coal under the role in hydraulic permeability regulation simulation. In Hebi coal group of China and Thai mining company (Hebi fourth mine) the actual measuring gas parameters and validity of inspection parameters, combined with the simulation software based on simulated RFPA2D waterflood effect, access to certain research results,and corresponding conclusion. In Hebi coal group of China and Thai mining company (Hebi fourth mine) underwent hydraulic extrusion scene tests, the reliability of the simulation results proved, it is concluded that the hydraulic extrusion measures have good outburst prevention effect.
