微型电动车建设项目投资分析

【摘要】 2008年3月,清华节能与新能源汽车工程中心常州基地为了响应国家自主创新、加速科研成果产业化进程的号召,在常州政府的大力支持下在常州设立的从事微型智能环保节能交通工具,及其核心控制技术的研发基地,并成立产业化实体常州麦科卡电动车辆科技有限公司。公司以构建和谐交通为己任,致力于微型电动汽车的研发和推广,以及微型电动汽车核心智能驱动控制系统的开发生产,公司目标是通过不断创新的技术,为客户提供智能、环保、高品质、个性化的产品,将先进技术转换为持续的生产力。公司已在常州建成1800平米的中试基地,包括微型电动汽车小批量(3千辆)总装生产线和检测线、ECU小批量试制线,以及电机、电器、电池测试实验室。并计划扩展1000平米的ECU产业基地。计划在三年内进入大批量生产。计划建设年产8万辆微电动车整车项目。通过对该项目建设方案的介绍,对各项投资经济指标进行分析,最终得出项目可行的结论。在本论文中介绍了建设项目投资经济分析的过程和方法,简单介绍建设项目的投资构成,资金筹措的方式方法,以及产品成本估算的原则。并详细介绍了盈利能力分析、生存能力分析、不确定分析等经济分析评价指标的定义、目的和方法。本文通过对该项目总图方案、工艺方案、土建工程方案、公用工程方案等方案的介绍使大家初步了解该电动车建设项目。之后,针对该项目特点,从投资经济方面进行分析,并最终得出项目可行的结论。

【Abstract】 March 2008, the Tsinghua Energy and new energy vehicle engineering center in Changzhou base in response to national independent innovation, accelerate the process of industrialization of scientific research call for strong Changzhou government support in Changzhou, established under the micro-smart green energy in transport, and control technology at its core R & D base, and the establishment of industrial entities Technology Co., Ltd. Changzhou Maike Ka electric vehicles. Company to build a harmonious traffic duty and commitment to the development of micro-electric car and promotion , as well as the core of intelligent micro-electric vehicle development and production of the drive system, the company goal is to continuously innovative technology, providing customers with intelligent, environmentally friendly, high quality, personalized products, advanced technology into sustainable productivity.The company has built 1,800 square meters in Changzhou test base, including small batch micro-electric vehicles (three thousands) assembly line and testing line, ECU small batch trial production line, and the electrical, electronics, battery test laboratory. And plans to expand 1000 square meters of industrial base ECU. Plans to enter mass production within three years. Plans to build an annual output of 80,000 micro-electric-vehicle project. Construction plan through the introduction of the project, on the economic indicators of the investment analysis, and ultimately come to the conclusion the project feasible.In this paper, investment in construction projects described in the process and methods of economic analysis, a brief form of investment projects, ways and means of financing, and product cost estimation principles. And detailed analysis of the profitability, viability analysis, uncertainty analysis, the definition of economic analysis and evaluation indicators, objectives and methods.In this paper, general layout plan of the project, process programs, civil works programs, public works programs and other programs so that we introduce a preliminary understanding of the electric vehicle projects. After the features for the project, the economic aspects of investment analysis, and finally come to the conclusion the project feasible.
