【摘要】 为全面实现吉林石化公司高碳醇厂扭亏解困,探求工厂未来几年的发展战略,本文通过对近五年工厂计划执行情况的分析,两种主要产品市场的分析及预测,初步明晰了目前铝粉产品市场及工业萘产品市场的定位,同时从工厂发展内外部环境的分析得出结论,即我国区域经济一体化和经贸合作进程加快,将有利于石化工业优化配置资源,进行结构调整,中央关于“西部大开发”和“振兴东北老工业基地”的战略将为企业提供更为有利的政策条件。吉林石化经过数十年的发展,相应公共设施配套齐全,已拥有了适于石化业持续发展的全面系统的配套公用工程基础设施,这些可依托的条件是企业发展的有利保证。此外,与企业相毗邻的吉林石化聚乙烯厂等石化企业的发展,拓展了高碳醇厂产品原料来源,在产品链深加工上充分挖潜,在优化结构、增加产品品种充分挖潜,争取把当前5万吨/年PGO装置再扩大一倍。增大企业规模,增加经济总量,增强抗风险能力加快工厂发展。同时要在保证现有装置效益最大化的前提下做好航空煤油、高沸点芳烃溶剂油项目、乙烯裂解汽油抽提苯乙烯项目的研究和装置建设,形成新的效益增长点,提高工厂综合创效能力。力争通过五年的努力,使工厂经济总量大幅度增长,到2015年计划新增投资38,676万元,分别建成20万吨/年航空煤油、5万吨/年高沸点芳烃溶剂油,2.5万吨/年裂解汽油抽提苯乙烯、8万吨/年裂解C10综合利用等四套装置;新增年销售收入173,824万元、利润12,412万元。实现年销售收入190,325万元、利润13,972万元。努力把工厂建设成为核心业务突出、主导产品集约、竞争优势明显、发展能力充足的企业。

【Abstract】 For realizing jilin petrochemical company high carbon alcohol, and to explore the beleaguered factory right in the next few years development strategy for nearly five years, we through the analysis of the factory plan execution circumstances, the two main products market analysis and forecast, preliminary define the current aluminium product market and industrial naphthalene product market positioning, and from the analysis of the internal and external environment factories to develop a conclusion that China’s regional economic integration and cooperation process faster, will benefit petrochemical industrial optimization allocating resources, restructuring, the central about "the great development of the west" and "the revitalization of northeast old industrial base" strategy will provide enterprises with more favourable policy conditions. Jilin petrochemical, after decades of development, the corresponding public facilities for petrochemical industry has a comprehensive system of sustained development of supporting utilities infrastructure, these can rely on condition is our factory to the favorable guarantee. In addition, and enterprise phase adjoining jilin petrochemical polyethylene factory petrochemical enterprise development, and expanded our products deep processing of raw material source, in accord on full text optimized structure, increase in makes full text on varieties of products. To get the current 5 tons/year PGO device doubling again. Increase enterprise scale, increasing the economic output, increase its ability to resist risks accelerate. Factory And to ensure that the existing units under the premise of benefit maximization completes the aviation kerosene, high boiling point aromatic hydrocarbon solvent oil projects, ethylene cracking gas extraction styrene plant construction project research and form new benefit growth and increasing plant comprehensive gen effect ability. Strive to through five years of effort to make the factory total economic output increased by 2015, 38,676 million yuan, new investment plans were built 20 tons/year aviation kerosene, 50,000 tons/year high boiling point aromatic hydrocarbon solvent oil, 2.5 tons/year pyrolysis gasoline extraction styrene, 8 tons/year cracking C10 comprehensive utilization four sets of equipment; New annual sales income 173,824 yuan, profit 12,412 million yuan.
