论高职教育政策导向对高职院校人文教育的影响

【摘要】 我国的高职教育兴办于1980年代初,起步虽晚,但发展迅速,已占据了高等教育的半壁江山。目前高职教育发展正处于从规模扩张期向内涵提升期转变的转型时期。由于我国高职教育起步较晚,教育政策的制定与高职教育的实施多受工业时代技术主义和功利主义价值观的影响,存在科学主义教育观与人文主义教育观对立的现象,导致了高职教育中科学教学与人文教学的割裂。在高等职业教育中的表现是把受教育者看作是一种可以被训练成参与生产的单向度的“工具人”。高职教育忽视学生人文素质的培育是不争的事实。种种原因特别是高职教育政策导向使得高职院校的专业设置、课程设置、教学围着市场转。在课程设置上,人文学科受到挤压,存在严重的边缘化趋向。过弱的文化熏陶,过窄的专业教育,过重的功利主义倾向,高职教育的这种培养“工具人”的意识,导致高职教育中人文精神严重缺失,导致高职学生人文素质极度欠缺。具体表现为信仰缺失,理想迷茫,缺乏诚信,意志品质差,无团队精神和合作意识。这种偏离人文教育的人才培养模式已经成为制约高职院校健康持续发展的瓶颈。近几年来,虽然有专家、学者呼吁高职院校应加强人文素质的培育,但由于政策导向不明,常常是雷声大,雨点小,真正落到实处的却很少。笔者认为,高职院校确立以“素质本位”的教育理念,把科学教育与人文教育在教学实施过程中有机结合起来,确立“以人为本”、全面发展的教育指导思想,克服急功近利的短视行为,才是真正的职业教育。因此,加强高职院校人文素质教育已迫在眉睫。本文重点探讨高职教育政策导向与高职院校人文素质教学的关系,通过梳理高职教育的政策因素和高职院校人文教育的现状,分析高职院校人文素质教育缺失的成因,并提出用先进的教育理念作为政策制定的依据,加强对高职教育中人文教育的政策引导,以期引起高职院校对学生人文素质教育的重视,以利于我国高职教育事业的健康持续发展。

【Abstract】 Higher vocational education in our country was started in the early of 1980s. Though it was established relatively late in China, but is developing rapidly . Higher vocational education accounts for half of higher education already. At present, Higher vocational education is at a transitional stage with the shift from mainly extension-oriented development to the enhancing of connotation. Influenced by the industrial age technology of socialism and Utilitarian values in policy making and implementation, there exists the conflict ofscientism education and humanistic education . In higher vocational education, Educatees are regarded as utility men who have been trained to Participate in production of Simple tools dimensionally. Due to all kinds of reasons , especially Higher vocational education policy direction which makes occupational setting , course design and instruction rotate around the marketplace. In course design, the humanities has been marginalized seriously. The lack of humanistic spirit in Higher vocational education is caused by the little of the humanities trained by your culture, the narrow occupational setting and the severe utilitarianism .And the education awareness of training students to be a utility man plays an important role as well. Some students act as ambition confused , lack of integrity Team Spirit and possess weak volitional quality . This kind of training mode which deviate from humanistic education has become the bottleneck to restrict sustainable development of Higher vocational education. In recent years, some experts and scholars call on to strengthen humanity cultivation , however, much said but little done . Higher vocational colleges should establish policy orientation the quality-oriented education philosophy and foster the combination of science education and humanism education in the teaching. And they should also establish the guiding ideology of people oriented and development in all-around way and overcome acts of shortsightedness ,that is eager for quick success and instant benefit . If we make it, this is real higher vocational education. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen humane quality education in higher vocational colleges. The paper focuses on the discussion of the relationship of Higher vocational education policy direction and humanistic education in higher vocational colleges . Through the analysis of policy factors in higher vocational education and current situation of humanism education in higher vocational colleges, the paper tries to find out the cause and put forward the advanced education philosophy as the basis of policy making . It should be attracted to pay more attention to the value of humanistic education in higher vocational colleges and promote sustainable development of higher vocational education in China .
