A公司橡胶业务发展战略研究

【摘要】 橡胶行业是一个有160年悠久历史的传统产业,是我国国民经济的重要基础产业之一。我国作为世界上最大的天然橡胶消费国和进口国,从2003年到现在已经有七年多的时间,而且近几年消费量年均以9%以上左右的速度增长。而国际金融危机后的2009年,在全球整体需求缓慢不前的情况下,中国需求一拔头筹,旺盛的需求为发展我国天然橡胶产业创造了难得的机遇。而目前中国橡胶价格大起大落,变化无常,产胶国形成价格联盟,国内外期货推波助澜、相互作用,中国在购胶量世界第一的情况下,仍对市场价格无话语权,这是中国橡胶的市场现状。A公司橡胶业务是拥有50多年历史积淀中国最早开展天然橡胶贸易实体。A公司的橡胶业务涉及天然胶种植、生产加工、营销和增值服务等产业链的各个环节,从事国际国内一体化经营橡胶资源产业服务商之一。不难看出,无论从A公司橡胶业务所面临的竞争环境还是从企业自身发展需要来看,都需要制定一个适合其发展的良好经营战略。鉴于此,本文尝试运用企业战略管理的有关理论,从外部宏观环境和公司内部状况入手,对A公司橡胶业的经营环境、市场、产品等方面进行战略分析,并据此来选择适合A公司橡胶业的发展战略,进而提出具体的战略实施方案,从而为A公司橡胶业建立有效的橡胶业务发展战略,为A公司橡胶业培育持续竞争优势做出一些努力。相信本文研究对于A公司橡胶业以及类似的橡胶行业企业在未来的发展具有一定的参考意义。

【Abstract】 Rubber industry is a 160 years, with a long history of traditional industries of national economy in China is one of the important basic industries. Since 2003, China has become the world’s largest natural rubber consumer and importer, in recent years by 10% annual consumption growth. And the international financial crisis of 2009, after the global demand the embarrassing situation, slow, a top Chinese demand pulled in enormous demand for the development of natural rubber industry created a rare opportunity. Currently China rubber prices fluctuated considerably, changeable and produce plastic kingdom formation price alliance, domestic and foreign futures fueled, interaction, China in purchase quantity of cement world first circumstance, still no right to market price, which is the market status of China rubber.A company with over 50 years of rubber business is the earliest history accumulate in natural rubber trade entity. A company’s rubber business involves the natural rubber cultivation, processing, marketing and value-added services industry chain each link, engaged in international domestic integrated operation rubber resources industry one of providers. See not hard, no matter from A company facing rubber business competition environment or from enterprise development itself needs to see, all need to develop A suitable for the development of good business strategy. In view of this, this article try to use the enterprise strategic management, the relevant theory of macro environment and the company from external to internal condition of rubber industry, A company of operating environment, markets, products, etc, and based on the strategic analysis for A company to choose the development strategy of the rubber industry, and puts forward the specific strategic implementation plan for the company A, thus establishing effective rubber rubber industry, business development strategy for A company rubber industry foster sustainable competitive advantage to make some effort. Believe this paper studies for the company A rubber industry and similar rubber industry enterprise in future development to have the certain reference significance.
