【摘要】 随着全球旅游业的迅猛发展、科学技术的不断进步,“科学技术”与“旅游”的逐步结合,科学技术旅游(以下简称科技旅游)蓬勃兴起,已成为现代旅游业的重要组成部分,并在旅游实践中发挥着越来越重要的作用。21世纪的旅游业是现代高科技产业,无论是旅游管理、旅游开发规划和旅游景点建设,还是旅行社运营、旅游交通工具的提升、旅游产品的开发以及旅游服务体系方面,无不注入了现代科学技术的元素。科学技术对未来旅游业的产业结构、产品形式、旅游营销、旅游服务形式、旅游交通通信及旅游业的空间联系方式和地理结构都有着重大影响。科学技术与旅游的结合是一种双赢组合,既有经济效益又有社会效益,发展前景看好,表明了科学技术发展的一种走向。但作为国内新兴的一种旅游方式,目前我国的科技旅游在理论研究、线路开发及场馆建设等方面还存在诸多问题,只有构建全民参与的科技旅游社会化组织框架,遵循市场规律,充分挖掘科技旅游自身内涵,才能使之走上可持续的、健康的发展道路。文章根据国内外科技旅游发展情况及研究状况,对河南省开封市科技旅游发展的现状进行比对分析,提出以组织观念、管理模式和促销方式转变为保障,通过创新产品、明确市场、行业联合实现开封市科技旅游开发研究的新思路。更多还原
