薄板坯连铸连轧轧机轴承座管理系统开发

【摘要】 随着科学技术的进步,现代生产设备正朝着自动化、集成化、大型化发展,设备结构越来越复杂,在复杂的设备管理中,科学的对设备进行管理非常重要。目前,轧机轴承座管理系统较为落后,不能适应当前的发展需要,因此,薄板坯连铸连轧(CSP)生产线轧机轴承座管理系统开发设计就显得越来越重要。通过对轴承座管理系统开发设计,可以进行有效的分析、查找、记录、存档。其它部门的相关人员也可以通过网页直接浏览轴承座修复管理情况,方便了信息的交流,实现了资源共享,有利于设备管理水平的提高。同时监测在线设备的运行状态,为离线检修做好充分的准备,保证在线设备的正常运行。论文从课题的研究背景、轴承座设备管理主要问题、课题的研究意义出发,概述了连铸及连铸连轧和设备管理信息系统在国内外的发展状况,分析了轧机轴承座基本原理、控制方法、影响因素等。通过现场调研,分析了薄板坯连铸连轧生产线设备运行现状、磨辊车间主体设备情况、轧机轴承座工艺流程、目前轧机轴承座工作检修现状、轧机轴承座构件组成、轧机轴承座检修工艺、存在的问题。对轴承座管理进行了系统开发设计,从系统需求分析、系统功能模块、系统数据库进行了开发设计。介绍了VB编程和SQL SEVER 2000数据库,结合邯钢实际,开发设计了轴承座系统软件,通过界面对轴承座系统进行管理。最后对项目进行了总结及研究展望。

【Abstract】 With the advancement of science and technology, modern production equipment is developing toward automation, integration, large-scale and the equipment structure is becoming more and more complex. In the complex equipment management, scientific management of the equipment is very important. At present, the management system of the roll mill bearing seat is relatively backword, what is unable to meet current development needs. Therefore, management system development and design of the Compact Strip Production roll mill bearing seat is becoming more and more important. Through the development and design of the management system of the bearing seat,we can do some work to analyze, locate, record and archive effectively. Relevant personnel in other sectors can also browse the management condition of the bearing seat through the website directly,what provides great convenience for the exchange of information and sharing resource and is beneficial to the improvement of the equipment management level. At the same time,make full preparations for off-line inspection through the monitoring of the online equipment condition to ensure the normal operation of the online equipment.Starting from the research background of the subject, main problems of the bearing seat management and the research significance.The paper summarizes the development status of the continuous casting and the continuous casting-rolling in worldwide and analyzes the basic principle,the control method and the influence factors of the roll mill bearing seat. The paper analyes the equipment operation situation of the CSP production line,the main equipment condition of the grinding roll workshop, technological process of the roll mill bearing seat,the current maintenance situation of the roll mill bearing seat,the component composition of the roll mill bearing seat, maintenance technology of the roll mill bearing seat and the existing problems. The development and design of the bearing seat management system which includes system demand analysis, system function module and system database is carried out. the paper introduces the VB programming and SQL SEVER 2000 database.what ensures the implementation of the bearing seat management system software. The summarizes of the project and the research prospect is carried out.
