【摘要】 随着经济全球化和区域经济一体化的逐步深入,港口的区域性资源配置中心地位日益突出,港口正由原来的货物集疏中心转变为辐射带动区域经济发展的动力源。在此背景下,进一步优化港口物流业务流程,成为增强港口辐射带动功能的重要内容。本文运用流程再造理论,分析了信息化推动港口流程再造的内在机理与一般规律,并对秦皇岛港现代物流业务流程的现状、问题进行了分析,提出优化港口业务流程的基本思路与主要对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of globalization and regional economic integration gradually,the status of port regional resources configuration center is become increasingly prominent. Port are becoming from original goods distribution center to power source of radiate and drive development of regional economic. In above background, revolutionary changes have taken place of the port’s form to enhance the ability of the radiation and driving further. Urging Qinghuangdao port to change from traditional wharf ,which only provide loading and unloading service ,to a modern logistics port.Port logistics process reengineering as process of improvement and innovation is core content of promote port transformation and upgrade.Through of logistics process reengineering ,it will make close-port industry achieve the goal of joint development and accumulated development,thereby accelerating the integrated operation of port logistics services.With the rapidly development of national economy ,Qinghuangdao port’s position as the important energy distribution port is becoming more and more prominent, at the same time, it also faced with growing demand of modern port logistics contradicts it’s weak ability. To study of Qinhuangdao Port logistics process reengineering problem for accelerating the construction of modern logistics port will making very important sense. This article using process reengineering theory of business management, focuing on port logistics process optimization problems, combining with the actual situation in Qinhuangdao Port . discussing on internal mechanism of Qinghuangdao port’s logistics process reengineering ,and giving the policy proposal and industry focus to the development of Qinghuangdao port’s logistics industry.更多还原
