甘谷驿油田空气泡沫驱油适应性研究

【摘要】 甘谷驿油田为特低孔、特低渗透油田,储层非均质性较强;原油粘度低,属常温低压系统。目前注水开发中存在注入困难,综合含水高等问题。为此,研究适合本区的三次采油技术显得尤为重要。空气泡沫驱油将空气驱与泡沫驱结合起来,泡沫用于调剖,空气用于驱油,既能提高波及系数又能提高采收率,它综合了泡沫驱与空气驱的优点。本论文针对甘谷驿油田长6储层的油藏地质特点,研究了泡沫体系的适应性,空气泡沫驱油的安全性和驱替效果。复合稳泡剂不管在现场注入水,还是在地层水条件下,都有较好的稳泡作用,添加起泡剂后,其腐蚀率都有一定程度下降,泡沫体系与注入水、地层水、地层原油配伍性良好。气液比为1:1-2:1时,泡沫的封堵能力最大;压力增加可以使泡沫的稳定性提高,相应地使泡沫的封堵能力增强;泡沫的封堵能力随渗透率的增大而增大。研究区油藏伴生气的安全氧含量为11.42%,空气从生产井产出时氧气可以减少到10%以下,从而消除生产井的安全隐患。空气泡沫具有较好的驱替效果,理论和实验研究表明,空气泡沫驱油提高采收率技术是适用于甘谷驿油田的一种有效的三次采油方法。

【Abstract】 Ganguyi is a special low porosity and low permeability oil field with strong heterogeneity,low viscosity crude oil, low pressure system and temperature system. Currently it has water injection difficulties and high water problem in the process of development. To this end, research for tertiary oil recovery technology is very important in this area.Air foam-flooding combine air drive with the foam flooding, foam is used for the profile control, the air used to drive oil.It can both improve the sweep efficiency and enhance oil recovery, synthesized the advantages of foam flooding and the air drive. This thesis has studied the adaptability of foam system, the security of air foam-flooding and the effect of displacement, according to the reservoir characteristics of chang6 in Ganguyi oil field.Composite foam stabilizing agent has a good stabilizing effect not only in injected water but also in formation water. After adding a foaming agent, the corrosion rate has decreased to some extent, and the foam system has a good compatibility with the injected water, formation water and crude oil. When the gas-liquid ratio of is 1:1 to 2:1, the plugging of foam is the strongest. Increased pressure can enhance the stability of foam, with a corresponding ability to enhance the foam block. The plugging of foam increases with the permeability.Associated gas reservoir in the safety of the oxygen content is 11.42% in studied area. The air out from the production of oxygen can be reduced well below 10%, thus eliminating the security risks in producing wells. Air foam displacement has good results.On the basis of the theories and experimental results,air-foam flooding is a safe, effective, and promising technique for enhanced oil recovery in Ganguyi oil field.
