陕西省属普通高校本科专业结构优化研究

【摘要】 知识经济时代,科技和人才成为区域经济发展、产业结构升级的巨大推动因素。高等教育作为培养人才和科研创新的主要阵地,日益成为影响产业结构优化升级的重要因素。因此,高等教育的专业结构和产业结构之间的联系越来越密切。陕西省的高等教育经过近十年的快速发展之后,其规模迅速扩大。与此同时,其专业结构也出现了诸多问题,如陕西省省属高校的专业结构中出现了专业设置相对集中的现象、高等教育专业结构地区分布不均衡、不能适应区域经济发展的具体要求、高等教育流出率居高不下等等。所以研究陕西省的高等教育结构优化问题就显得十分必要。本文通过相关分析法对陕西省产业结构和高等教育本科专业结构的发展历史、现状和未来的发展方向作了详细的分析,客观的阐述了陕西省产业结构的现状,即陕西省产业结构呈现“二三一”的结构状态、区域产业结构方面关中、陕北、陕南产业结构存在较大差异。在此基础上分析了陕西省产业结构升级对各种人才的实际需求情况,并通过理论分析、实证探讨等途径对陕西省现有省属高校本科专业结构发展中所存在的问题进行了反思,选择指标逐一分析了各个学科门类与之相对应的产业适应性现状及其调整建议。最后提出了陕西省高等教育专业结构适应产业结构升级的策略和建议,包括加强对社会急需人才的培养,控制少数过热专业的招生,调整不同地区的专业结构,缓和专业结构的区域不平衡性,加深学科专业内涵建设,推进专业建设的综合化、特色化发展以及加大对省属高校的投入等。
【Abstract】 With the step of the Knowledge Economy Age, The human resources, the science and technology have already become an important factor of regional economic development and, the upgrade of industrial structural. One of the basic function of higher education, serve the society and economic, makes her become a key factor of industrial structural upgrading. As a result, structure of specialties play a key role in the process of industrial structural promotion, through exert an influence on talent structure. After a rapid development of ten years, the higher education of Shannxi Province scope has a large expansion. Under these circumstances, there were many special issues such as:the relatively concentrated specialty setting, the regional distribution of specialty structure is obvious unbalanced and is not fit to specific inquiring from regional economic development, the rate of outflow about higher education stays stubbornly high and so on. Therefore, it is very necessary and impendency for us to focus on the structural upgrading of specialty in Shannxi province.In this article, the research methods we have mainly adopted are document analysis and correlation analysis. At first, the author reviewed the past and look forward to the future of industrial structure in Shannxi province:the special "2-3-1" industrial structure, tremendous heterogeneity among Guanzhong Region of Shaanxi Province, Northern Shanxi Province and Southern Shanxi Province. Basic on this, the article analysis the practical necessity which met the industrial structure promotion’s need, and made self-examination about the problem which exists in the process of industrial structure in Shannxi province. Then, some indicator was chose to analysis the relation between subject and corresponding industry. At last, the author tried to give some advises on the structural upgrading of specialty and industrial in Shannxi province. These suggestions contains:strengthen training of professionals wanted, control the enrollment of overheated specialty, adjust the specialty structure among different regions, deepen professional connotation construction, promote the interdisciplinary and characterizing, increase their input in provincial universities.
