塔式太阳能定日镜定日精度在线测量技术研究

【摘要】 塔式太阳能热发电技术是目前人们已开发的太阳能发电技术中的一种。如同其他任何技术一样,塔式太阳能热发电技术除了具有发电效率高等优点外也面临很多需要解决的问题。其中塔式太阳能热发电定日镜定日精度的问题就是其中之一。为了解决这个问题,人们目前已经提出了若干解决方案。这些方案主要可以分为采用图像处理的方法和采用光电检测的方法两类。本文提出的定日镜定日精度检测方案就是一种基于光电检测的方法来实现定日镜定日精度测量的方法。本方案使用性能优良的位置敏感探测器(PSD)作为光电传感器,AT89S52单片机作为信息处理单元并结合其他外围芯片组成了一个光信号检测系统。通过本系统可以对置于塔顶的激光器发出的光束进行位置检测,进而确定定日镜法线方向的误差,为定日镜控制系统提供误差补偿的依据。本文详尽介绍了定日镜定日误差检测方案的理论依据以及系统的具体设计和实现。主要包括系统光电采集部分的硬件电路设计实现,软件流程以及系统调制光源部分的硬件电路实现和软件流程等等。

【Abstract】 The solar tower plant is one of the important ways of using solar energy. The same as any other technologies,the solar tower technology has many problems to be solved despites its obvious advantage.How to improve the solar tracking precision of a heliostat is one of such problems. Various solutions,which can be generally divided into two categories according to the strategies(such as using image processing or employing photoelectric detection) it employs,have been presented in order to solve such a problem.The solution presented in this paper is based on photoelectric detection.The solution is a kind of photoelectric detection system which uses positon sensitive detector as photo sensor and a piece of AT89S52 as its information processing unit.The light spot position of the incident laser beam on the surface of the PSD,which is to be used to determine the normal direction error that serves as the basis of error compensation in heliostat control system side,can be determined by this detection system.The theoretical basis and the implement of the solar tracking error detection system is presented in details in this paper,including the hardware circuit and sofeware impement of the both components of photoelectric detection and the modulated light source.
