【摘要】 在知识经济时代中,随着科学技术的不断进步和经济的日益发展,市场客户对于产品的期望值不断提高,追求产品的个性化与多样化,这使得企业面临缩短产品交货期、不断改进产品和服务质量的压力。为此,企业只有提高敏捷竞争力,不断开发满足客户需求的各类产品,才能快速响应变化的市场需求,在市场竞争中保持优势地位。在知识经济时代,为了克服单个企业在生产经营管理中的知识短缺,企业需要不断汲取供应链上下游的互补性优势资源,通过供应链知识管理共享产品开发的各类相关知识。同时,敏捷供应链管理以其注重企业间联盟合作和业务流程一体化的特征,使供应链上下游企业在产品创新的各个环节协同工作,从而缩短产品开发、上市的的时间,实现快速响应市场变化需求的目标。因此,将知识管理和敏捷供应链管理这两种新的管理思想相结合对于企业应对知识经济时代快速多变的市场环境发挥着重要作用。本文运用理论分析、调查分析等方法,并结合相关案例来研究敏捷供应链知识管理的构建和管理问题。在对敏捷供应链相关概念和特性进行阐述的基础上,有针对性地提出知识管理对构建敏捷供应链的支撑作用,为下文研究面向敏捷供应链的知识管理体系提供了构建方向。通过对敏捷供应链知识管理涉及的层面及各层面主要评估要素的实际调查和分析,验证了本论文理论分析的可行性。并在此基础上结合组织的生命周期理论构建了基于业务流程的知识管理流程框架并阐述具体实施过程。建立了以知识门户、知识管理系统平台和知识库为技术支撑的敏捷供应链知识管理系统模型,并结合企业的实际应用情况进行阐述。同时,本文提出了敏捷供应链知识管理的一系列对策以保证其有效实施。最后本文通过案例来论证敏捷供应链对知识管理的必然需求。本文的工作目的在于通过研究基于业务流程的知识管理运作模式为构建敏捷供应链核心能力提供实际应用思路,为其在企业中有效实施提供具有可操作性的方法支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the era of knowledge economy, along with the science and technology progress and economic development, the customers in market expect to improve products continuously, pursuing individuation and diversification of product. It makes the enterprise facing the pressure in which the enterprise need to shorten delivery time, improve quality of product and improve the service. Therefore, the enterprise should improve agility competitiveness, quickly responding to changing market demand, and constantly develop to meet customer demand, exploiting all kinds of products in order to keep advantage position in the market competition. In the era of knowledge economy, in order to overcome the knowledge shortage of individual enterprises, enterprises need unceasingly derive the complementary advantages resource in other organizations of supply chain, through supply chain knowledge management sharing all relevant knowledge in product development. Meanwhile, agile supply chain management pay attention to enterprise alliance cooperation and business process integration, so it makes every link sync to work in product innovation, so as to shorten the cycle of product development and product launch time, quickly respond to market changes demand. Therefore, these two new management ideas about knowledge management and agile supply chain management play a role in rapidly changing market environment for enterprise.This paper used theoretical analysis and investigation analysis, meanwhile, connecting with the related cases to study the construction and management issues on agile supply chain knowledge management. On the basis of elaborating the related concepts and characteristics of agile supply chain, paper stated that knowledge management has the function about supporting construction of agile supply chain. It provided the direction of construction for the agile supply chain knowledge management system. Based on the actual investigation and analysis on the agile supply chain knowledge management involving the evaluation factors, this paper verified the feasibility of theoretical analysis. In line with this theory on the life cycle of organization, the paper constructed knowledge management framework and the concrete implementation plan based on business process. This paper also established agile supply chain knowledge management system model by the knowledge portal, knowledge management system platform and knowledge base as technical support and described it combining with enterprise application. At the same time, this paper put forward a series of the measures on agile supply chain knowledge management to ensure the effective implementation. Finally, this paper demonstrated that agile supply chain has the inevitable demand of knowledge management through case study. The work aims of this paper is that through the research of knowledge management based on business process, practical application route was provided for constructing core competences of agile supply chain, and the operable method supports was provided for effective implementation in enterprise.更多还原
