【摘要】 近些年,旅游业被全球公认为是“朝阳产业”、“绿色产业”,与石油业和汽车业并称为世界的三大产业。但是,旅游业却有着更加强劲的发展势头,它涵盖了游客出行的食、宿、行、游、娱、购等六个方面,其发展不仅涉及到旅行社业、餐饮业、交通业、景观业,还涉及到了商业、娱乐业、邮电通讯业及其他相关行业等,在国民经济的发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用。自改革开放以来,我国的旅游业发展势头迅猛,已逐渐成为国民经济发展的新的增长点,国内许多省市也已把旅游业定位为经济发展的支柱产业或龙头产业。到目前为止,我国已成为全球第四大入境旅游接待国和亚洲第一大出境旅游客源国。太原市,作为山西省的省会城市,不仅是我国重要的能源重化工基地,同时也是一座拥有2500年建城史的历史文化名城。她拥有丰富的旅游资源和深厚的历史文化底蕴,在旅游业发展方面具有很大的潜力。近年来,太原市的旅游业发展较快。尤其是在“十一五”期间,太原市旅游业的各项经济指标全面增长,相关产业要素市场日渐成熟,旅游产业呈现出又好又快的发展态势,已成为太原国民经济发展中的支柱性产业之一。但是,纵观全国旅游业的发展,太原市的旅游业发展还处于中等水平,与发达的旅游城市相比还存在一定的差距。诸如：旅游产品结构单一,在全国的影响力较小；管理体制不够健全,缺乏专业的人才；旅游业相关产业的基础较弱,综合经济效益偏低等等；针对以上问题,本文也提出了适合太原市旅游业可持续发展的策略。同时,太原市作为一个以能源重工业为主导的老工业基地城市,面临着资源短缺、产业转型、产业布局、节能减排、环境提升、社会和谐等诸多问题,2006年提出的太原市产业结构“绿色转型”为旅游业提供了新的发展契机。本文以太原市旅游业的发展为研究对象,以可持续旅游发展理论为基础,首先对太原市旅游业的发展现状做了深入的剖析,然后运用SWOT分析法对其现阶段发展显现出的优势和劣势,以及面临的机遇和挑战做出了全面、系统的分析,最后根据分析结果提出了适合太原市旅游业可持续发展的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, tourism industry is recognized as a "sunrise industry"or"green industry"in the world, togeter with oil industry and automobile industry, are called the world’s three industries. But, tourism has a further development. It covers six aspects on food, living, travelling, entertainment, transportation, and shopping of tourists. This is not only related to travel agencies, catering, transportation and sightseeing, but also refers to the business, entertainment, telecommunication and some other industries. It plays a pivotal role in the development of national economy.Since the reform and opening-up policy, the tourism of China has developed rapidly, which has became the new growth aspect of national economy development gradually, and also tourism has turned into a pillar industry in many provinces. So far, China has become the world’s fourth largest country of inbound tourism and the first outbound tourist source countries in Asia.Taiyuan, as the provincial capital city of Shanxi, not only is an important energy and heavy industrial base, but also a city with an over 2,500 years historical and cultural city. She has rich tourism resources, profound historical culture, what’s more, it also has great potential in tourism development.In recent years, a rapid development of tourism has reached in Taiyuan. Especially in the period of "Eleventh Five Year Plan", the economic indicators of tourism have an overall growth in Taiyuan, related industrial factor market become mature, and tourism industry has shown a good sign of fast development, it has become the backbone of national economy development of Taiyuan. However, the contrast with national tourism development, the development of tourism in Taiyuan is still in the medium level, compared with developed tourist city, there is still a gap. Such as:tourist product structures are quite simplex; influences in the country is less; management systems are inadequate; the lack of professional personnel; the basis for tourism-related industries is weak, the economic efficiency is low, and so on. To solve these problems, this paper presents some suitable strategies for sustainable tourism development in Taiyuan.Meanwhile, Taiyuan as an energy-oriented old industrial base city, faces with resource shortage, industrial transformation, industrial layout, energy-saving and emission-reduction, environment ascension, social harmony, and many other problems, in 2006, Taiyuan proposed an industrial structure "green transition" for tourism provides new opportunities for development.In this paper, the development of tourism in Taiyuan becomes the research object, based on continuable tourist development theory, this paper first analyzes tourism development status of Taiyuan in-depth, then by using SWOT analysis, make a comprehensive and systematic analysis about advantages and disadvantages on the development, as well as all the opportunities and challenges.
