【摘要】 地质工作作为经济社会发展重要的基础性、公益性工作,由地质调查单位分区域负责。围绕承担的地质调查项目,地质调查单位内部形成若干项目团队,团队建设及运行的好坏不仅是项目成败的关键因素也是地质调查单位发展的重要支撑,因此本文将如何建设系统、规范、高效的地调项目团队作为研究的出发点和立足点。本文首先研究了国内外项目团队工作模式革新的发展历史,解析了团队建设中的团队性质特征、成员配置、成长流程和结构形式等理论问题。其次,分析了地质调查单位地调项目团队建设的现状,剖析了地质调查单位地调项目团队建设存在的问题,尤其是在引入新人壮大项目团队的同时不得不面临高技能人才流失的困境。在前述研究基础上,以建设高效率、高质量、高满意度的地调项目团队为目标,从团队组建、团队职责分工和运作机制、团队沟通协调和冲突管理、团队考核和激励机制、团队学习和培训、团队文化建设等方面运用文献研究、实地访谈、典型借鉴、理论与实践相结合等方法进行了系统研究,从而构建了地质调查单位地调项目团队建设体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Geological work, is an important basic, public welfare work for economic and social development , for which geology survey units are responsible according to region. Centered on these undertaken geological survey projects, several project teams are interiorlly formed by geology survey unit. Team construction and operation quality is not only the key factors for project success but also geology survey unit development important support for development of a geology survey unit.Thus, how to construct systematic, standard,and highly effective geological survey project team is regarded as the starting point and the foothold of the study in this paper.Firstly, the innovation history of project team’s working mode is studied and theory questions such as team nature characteristics, members configuration, growth process and structural form when constructing one team are analyzed.Secondly, present situation in the construction of project teams of the geology survey unit was discussed. The problems existing in the construction is also talked especially in introducing new members to expanding project team at the same time facing the plight of skilled talents’loss.Based on the foregoing research, to build high efficiency, high quality, high satisfaction to attune project teams of JY geology survey unit was set as the goal.Through study on team builder, team responsibilities and operation mechanism, team communication and conflict management, team evaluation and incentive mechanism, the team learning and training, team culture construction of literature etc, methods consisting of on-the-spot interview, questionnaire, typical reference, model building, combining theory with practice are used on the whole research process.
