【摘要】 随着信息化的发展和计算机应用的普及,高校管理也进入了信息化管理时代,实现了无纸化办公,即从原来的人工记录管理模式转变为计算机一体化管理。高校是科研、实验的基地,高校资产管理系统也应该一改传统的人工管理,更加信息化,时代化,节省人力、物力,提高效率。本文首先给出了开发高校资产管理系统的背景和意义,然后阐述了与论文相关的理论基础知识及开发技术。在此基础上给出了高校资产管理系统的功能分析、架构设计及详细设计。最后,论述了资产管理系统的部署与测试。本系统采用J2EE开发技术和MySQL数据库管理系统,实现了资产信息管理系统的网络化,让高校资产管理人员工作更有条理,更方便,更有效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of information technology and the popularization of computer applications, the administration of higher institutions has entered the information age--from the original manual records management into the integrated management,namely paperless office. Universities are research, experiment base, its assets management system should also be more IT application to improve efficiency.The developmental background and significances of asset management system were introduced in this paper firstly, then describing the papers related theory, knowledge and technology. On this basis, developing the function analysis, architecture design and detailed design. of asset management system. finally, testing the system.The system employs J2EE development techniques and MySQL database management system to realize the asset information management system.
