数据仓库和数据挖掘在航空维修信息分析中应用研究

【摘要】 随着空军航空维修管理信息系统的下发使用,各航空兵部队开始使用数据库管理数据,积累了大量的航空维修信息数据。为了有效利用这些历史信息,提高飞行保障工作的效率,发现航空维修信息的规律,实现信息共享,就有必要对大量的航空维修信息进行分析和处理。而空军现有的航空维修管理信息系统已经远远不能满足决策分析的需要。作者认为只有通过构建数据仓库,将多维分析(OLAP),数据挖掘和知识发现技术应用于部队各型飞机故障规律的研究,才能真正提高决策科学性、决策效率和军队信息化建设的经济效益。本课题对航空兵部队航空维修领域数据及数据分析技术的应用现状进行了较为全面的调研,基于数据仓库技术及数据挖掘技术,设计了一个航空维修信息挖掘系统研究模型。该模型探讨了系统建立需要采用的信息技术和必须解决的关键问题,通过建立数据仓库,实现联机在线分析,并在此基础上深入研究了数据挖掘的关联规则的理论与算法,引用了一种经典Apriori算法的改进算法,提高了关联规则挖掘的效率。以VC为开发工具,将改进的关联规则算法应用于航空维修信息数据仓库中,对故障信息进行深入分析,可以发现故障件名称与故障专业、工作时次、故障季节等之间的相关关系,以对季节性故障、周期性故障及其故障判明方法做出预测。并在航空维修一线工作中得到了验证。

【Abstract】 With the Air Force Aviation Maintenance Management Information System issued and used, all the Air Force started to use a database management data, and accumulated a large number of aircraft maintenance information and data. In order to effectively use the historical information, improve the efficiency of flight security work, found the law of the aviation maintenance information and achieve information sharing, there is a need for a large number of aircraft maintenance information analysis and processing.But the Air Force existing aviation maintenance management information system has been far from satisfying the needs of decision analysis. Authors believe that only through building a data Warehouse, use data mining and knowledge discovery technology on study of military various types of aircraft failure, in order to truly improve the scientific nature of the decision-making, decision-making efficiency and the military information technology cost-effectiveness.Following a thorough exploration on research of the aviation maintenance data and data analysis technique application status, this paper has proposed a research model of aircraft maintenance information system based on data warehouse, OLAP and data mining technology. The model discusses the need to adopt information technology and to address key issues on establishing the system. Through the establishment of a data warehouse to achieve on-line analysis, and on this basis, association rules algorithm in data mining be studied in-depth and a adopted Apriori algorithm be quoted. The algorithm improve the efficiency of mining association rules. To VC for the development of tools, the adopted Apriori algorithm is applied to aviation maintenance information data warehouse, in-depth analysis of the fault information. Relations can be found on pieces of the name, failure of professional, working hours, seasons and so on. So, seasonal failures, faults failures and identified the method of failures can be forecasted. And front-line work in the aviation maintenance has been verified.
