无人自控倾转旋翼机结构系统设计

【摘要】 本文设计了一种以钛合金为主要结构材料的倾转旋翼机结构与倾转控制电路。结构设计包括倾转机翼、固定机翼、旋翼头等部分。该设计充分考虑到机身重量与结构强度之间矛盾关系,在保证结构强度的前提下尽量减少机体结构的重量。在倾转旋翼的控制方面,运用PID算法以及FPGA~+单片机的电路设计,采取合理的数字滤波技术、同步设计等方法,提高舵机控制板电路的抗干扰能力,保证该系统具有抗干扰性好、控制品质优、同步性强等特点。最后分析了影响系统性能的各种因素,并从软件算法和硬件电路设计等方面提出了具体改进措施。

【Abstract】 This paper designs a kind of tiltrotor aircraft structures which use the titanium alloy as the main structural material and the tilt control circuit.The structures design include tilt wing,fixed wing rotor top and some others. The design fully into account the contradictory relationship between the body weight and the structural, the premise of ensuring the structural strength to reduce as far as the weight of body structure. In the tilt-rotor control, use PID algorithm and circuit design of FPGA + MCU, take reasonable digital filtering technology, synchronous design method,to improve the anti-interference ability of servo control board, ensure that the system has good anti-interference, control quality, synchronization, and other characteristics. Finally, analysis of the various factors affecting system performance, and from software algorithms and hardware circuit design and other aspects of specific improvement measures.
