继电保护整定计算软件的应用开发

【摘要】 继电保护装置是保证电网安全运行的重要设备,也是电网安全保障体系的一个重要环节。要保证保护装置的可靠性、灵敏性、选择性和速动性所提出的要求,就需要快速且准确的计算保护定值。本文借鉴了国内外继电保护整定系统的开发经验,并在此基础上结合电力部门实际运行经验,针对电网运行中的故障分析及定值整定计算环节,开发出了一套图形化的继电保护整定计算软件。本继电保护整定计算软件系统是利用Microsoft Visual C#.NET语言开发工具及Access数据库工具来进行应用开发的。本文在软件的设计上将整体功能细化为图形建模、故障计算、整定计算、数据管理等模块来进行设计,并在各自章节中介绍了各模块的设计思路及设计流程。本文通过对图元类、图元功能、网络拓扑结构形成等方面的设计,构建了独立的图形建模系统,可对任意的电网模型进行建模。在故障计算上采用完全利用矩阵数据的方法来计算故障量,并推导了故障计算的相关公式,该方法在很大程度上提高了数据的运算速度及计算精度。利用故障分析功能,整定计算人员可以快速计算故障数据,并通过查看故障点位置功能来快速定位故障发生处,这对于电网故障恢复及保证可靠供电具有很强的实用性。本文在整定计算中按照电网继电保护装置运行整定规程提供了详尽的整定规则,并且为整定人员提供了自动整定和手动整定两种整定方式,可使用户根据自身经验来进行定值的取舍。软件实现了当整定人员进行整定计算操作的同时,在计算书中实时显示整定过程的功能,并针对保护失配及灵敏度不足等情况都在整定过程中和计算书中进行了醒目的提示,避免了整定人员由于疏忽而出错的可能。在完成整定计算之后,软件会按照用户定义的模板要求提供相应的定值单及计算书信息。此外,软件通过数据管理功能的设计,实现了用户对电网信息的集中后台管理,保证了数据管理的有效性及电网数据安全性。通过对实际地区电网的建模,并将其软件计算结果与人工整定结果进行比对验证,所得结果均与手算真实结果无误,充分证明了运算结果的准确性和软件的有效性。可见本软件在提高整定计算的工作效率、保证电网的安全可靠运行、促进电网安全生产和管理现代化等方面,都具有较高的实用价值和推广应用价值,并能够带来巨大的经济价值和社会效益。

【Abstract】 Relay protection device is the important equipment to guarantee the security of power network operation, and also a important link of security assurance system in power network. To guarantee the rwliability, sensitivity, selectivity and speed of the relay protection device, need to calculate the protection setting value rapidly and accurately. This paper reference the development experience of relay protection setting calculation software from at home and abroad. And on the basis of combine with the electricity department’s actual operating experience, we developed a set of graphical relay protection setting calculation software that can use in the fault analysis and relay protection setting calculation of power system.The relay protection setting calculation software is developed by using Microsoft Visual C#.NET language development tool and Access database tool.In this paper the integral function is divided into graphical modeling module, fault calculation module, setting calculation module and data management module. And in each chapter it introduces the modules’ design idea and design process.In this article we construct a independent graphics modeling system through to design the graphics primitive class,graphics primitive function and network topology structure,and use the graphics modeling system we can modeling for any power system.In fault calculation the software adopt the method of using matrix data method completely to calculate the fault data, and also improve the data operation speed and precision greatly.Customer can quickly determine the data by using the fault analysis function, and quickly locate the fault point by using the function of view the fault point position.So it has strong practicability in the fault recovery processing of the power system and ensure the power supply reliable.According to the setting guide for power system protection equipment,we provides detailed setting rules and design two setting modes that are automatic setting and manual setting. The users can confirm the value based on their own experience.The software realized the function of real-time display the setting process when the customers use the setting calculation function. According to the situation of protection mismatch and sensitivity insufficient, the software will make striking remind in the setting calculation process and the setting calculation sheet.Thus avoiding the setting personnel from make mistake for negligence.The software will according to user defined template to provide the setting calculation sheet and the value sheet.In addition, through the design of the data management function, the software realizes the centralized back-stage information management of the power system ,and ensure the validity and security of the data management of the power network. Based on modeling to the actual local grid and comparing the result with the manual calculation result, it is proof the results are correct and the software has validity and accuracy.So the software has high practical value and application value in improving the setting calculation’s working efficiency, ensuring the power system’s safe and reliable operation and promoting the power network’s management modernization. And more important is the application of the software will be able to bring the huge economic value and social benefits.
