区域经济干部培训学校培训质量管理信息系统分析与设计

【摘要】 随着我国社会主义经济快速发展,人才的需求急剧增长,经济干部是国家政策、方针的指挥者和执行者,对于国民经济的发展起着重大作用,我国政府将经济干部培训工作摆在放到了举足轻重的位置。然而,目前的经济干部学校仍缺乏健全的培训体系,尤其缺乏严格的培训质量保障体制,导致培训效果不明显,严重制约了经济干部素质的提升。因此,如何完善经济干部培训体系,建立严格的质量保障体制,并运用信息化手段构建相应的管理信息系统已成为一项迫切需要解决的问题。本文旨在通过分析经济干部培训工作的现状,针对培训学校缺乏严格的培训质量保障体制的问题,结合管理学中全面质量管理的相关理论,基于.NET开发平台,在需求分析的基础上设计出干部培训质量管理信息系统构架。干部培训质量管理信息系统在结构上选择了B/S构架,在数据库上选择了SQL Server 2005,以Visual Studio为开发工具,基于全面质量管理理论进行系统内容设计,系统主要功能为培训计划管理、培训质量控制、培训质量评价、培训质量考核等。系统开发工作主要包含了系统需求分析、系统概要设计、数据库设计、系统测试等。目前,经济干部培训质量管理信息系统已经在本校投入使用,系统的建立,一方面,推进了培训质量管理信息化进程,能够保证培训体系更加具有科学性与完整性。另一方面,全面地提升经济干部培训质量,有利于培养出高素质的干部。同时,本研究对于其它类型学校的培训质量管理同样具有很强的实际指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s socialist economy, the demand of talent grows rapidly. Economic cadres are commanders and executors of national guiding principle and policy who play a important part in national economy. Our government put the training of economic cadres into the pivotal position. However, the current economic cadres schools are lack of rigorous training system especially in strict quality assurance system. All of this lead the problem that the training effect is not obvious and seriously restrict the economic enhancement of the quality of economic cadres. Therefore, it has become a urgent problem to be solved that, how to improve economic cadres training system, establish a strict quality guarantee system and build the management information system.This paper analyzes the status of training management of economic cadres. In allusion to the problem that there is a lack of strict quality assurance system, we design training quality management information systems for economic cadres after requirement analysis based on .NET development platform, which is also combined with total quality management theories. The economic cadre training quality management information system selects B/S as the architecture, chooses SQL Server 2005 as the database and uses Visual Studio as development tool. Base on total quality management theories, its functions include training planning management, quality control, training quality evaluation and training quality assess. The system development job mainly contains system requirement analysis, system preliminary design, database design and system test etc.At present, the economic cadre training quality management information system has been put into use in our school. On the one hand, this can promote the informatization of training quality management which can ensure the training system more scientific and integrate. On the other hand, this can enhance the quality of economic cadres training, help train highly qualified cadres, in favor of training highly qualified cadres.
