移动交换网应急保障数据监测系统设计与实现

【摘要】 随着中国通信市场不断发展与网络基础建设工作的深入,移动核心网的网元不断增加,这种数量的直线增加,导致了管理难度的增加。当灾害或故障发生时,人们通信需求会急剧增长,移动核心网应急通信处理需求将显得格外迫切。此时,由于移动核心网的网元数量过多,不可能做到对每个网元进行手工分析、统计和应急操作,必须对核心网网元扩充。此时,需要提供一套实时的通信保障监控系统,能够让网元运行得到很好的统计和管理,能够及时帮助管理人员实时监控网络网元单位的运行情况,以维护整个移动核心网络的正常运转。本文通过对目前应急通信系统理论的研究,对应急通信预案及移动网络通信性能指标的分析,根据应急通信系统中数据监测平台的需求特征,设计建立一个移动应急保障数据监测系统,主要实现全网CPU负荷实时监控、路由占用情况、信令链负荷呈现、告警采集和过滤、网络的话务情况和热点区域展示,使用户能及时掌握全网重要指标,从全局上根据实际情况采取适当的应急措施。在出现应急通信需求时,系统维护人员根据这套系统所提供的数据,能从全局上清晰了解整体运行数据,预测网元的运行趋势,在网络出现超负荷或其他不稳定情况之前进行适当干预,减少危险因素的积累,为保障网络安全提供有力的支撑。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of China’s telecommunications market and network infrastructure, the network elements of mobile core network continue to increase, and this increase in the number of lines lead to increased management difficulties.When disaster or failure occurs, it will dramatically increase communication needs, thus emergency communication needs for mobile core network will become especially urgent. At this point, as an excessive number of network elements of mobile core network, it is impossible to make the manually analysis,statistics and emergency operations on each network element.So the core Network elements must be expanded.A real-time communications security monitoring system was needed to provide that allows network elements to run well in the statistics and management.It can help managers monitor the real time network operation of network element unit, in order to protect the mobile core network of the normal operation.In this paper, based on the research on the current theory of emergency communications system,analysis was made on emergency communications plan and Performance Index of mobile networks.According to the demand characteristics of the data monitoring platform in emergency communication system, a mobile emergency data protection monitoring systems was designed to establish.It was primarily for full network CPU load real-time monitoring, routing occupancy, signaling chain load presentation, alarm collection and filtering, network services situation and regional hot spots display, allowing users to grasp the whole network.Thus,it can be an important indicator for users to appropriate emergency response measures according to actual conditions from the overall. In case of emergency communication needs, according to data provided by the system ,the system maintenance personnel can have an clear understanding of the overall operation data, which help to forecast the trend of network elements and appropriate intervention before network overload or other instability occurs.Coincidentally,It can reduce the accumulation of risk factors and provide strong support for the protection of network security.
