高速动静压轴承油膜温度场的分析与研究

【摘要】 本文首先从润滑理论入手,以经典的雷诺理论为基础,采用传统的有限差分法对滑动轴承进行建模,并基于MATLAB软件进行编程计算与分析。同时,提出了一种新的计算方法。该算法方便了试验数据的测量。其次,在动静压轴承特性分析上主要从动静压轴承运行参数入手,以计算流体力学理论为基础,以四油腔对置浅腔动静压轴承为主要研究对象,并以MATLAB和FLUENT6.3为工具,着重研究了轴承供油压力、主轴转速、偏心率对轴承油膜压力分布、偏位角、油膜温升等相关参数的影响。通过对比与分析不同输入参数下得出的油膜温度场,提出了相应的降温措施,提高了数值模拟在动静压滑动轴承设计计算中的可靠性,为全面研究油膜轴承的动静态特性和润滑介质的流动情况提供了有效的手段。

【Abstract】 Beginning with lubrication principle and based upon classical Reynolds theory, this paper focuses on the model of sliding Bearings with the traditional finite difference method and on calculating and analysis based on MATLAB programming. Meanwhile, a new calculation is proposed, which facilitates the data measurement of the test:And then, after the analysis on the characteristics of hybrid bearings, starting with the main operating parameters of hybrid bearings, based on CFD, take the four-chamber hybrid bearings as the research object, MATLAB and FLUENT6.3 as tools, the study focuses on the effect of oil supply pressure, spindle speed and eccentricity of bearings on oil pressure distribution, attitude angle, oil temperature and other related parameters.By comparing and analyzing the oil film temperature field under the different input parameters, the corresponding cooling measures are proposed to increase reliability of numerical simulation in calculation of the design of hybrid sliding bearings, and provide an effective means to the comprehensive study of static and dynamic characteristics of oil film bearings and lubrication flow of media.
