【摘要】 1974年以来,中国企业对加蓬投资得到长足的发展。据中国海关统计,截至到2008年10月份,中国与加蓬双投资总额为17亿美元1,与2006年同期相比,增长34%。中国企业对加蓬投资特征是：投资方向多元化,投资主体多元化,投资链条本地化另外,投资特点是：它长期靠中国政府推动,属于中国国家行业；投资主体以国有企业及小型企业为主；投资与贸易,援助相辅相成。到1990年初,中国企业对加蓬投资已经初具规模。进入新世纪,在“走出去”战略的指导下,中国加快了对加蓬投资的步伐。中国企业对加蓬投资的投资规模由小到大、投资结构由窄到宽,投资主体也呈多元化,投资方式也有了改善。随着世界经济一体化的发展,以及中国民营企业的发展壮大,中国企业积极参与到国际竞争中来,并且不断对加蓬及其它非洲国家投资。这些企业的投资对加蓬经济,消费者,国民收入及就业起了重要作用；也对中加两国之间的经贸投资产生了效应。那么中国企业对加蓬投资动因的是什么?对加蓬经济有什么影响?我们要对这些问题进行分析与回答。本文主要阐述了中国企业对加蓬投资动因及对加蓬经济的影响的问题.第一部分,阐述了研究背景。第二部分,阐述了中国与加蓬两国之间经贸投资关系的历史及现状.第三部分,阐述了中国企业对加蓬投资的动因分析。第四部分,阐述了中国企业投资对加蓬经济的影响分析,主要是分析中国企业投资对加蓬经济的积极影响及对加蓬经济的威胁。第五部分阐述了中国与加蓬两国间经济投资的互补性。最后一部分,主要是分析中加两国间投资关系中的挑战及建议。尽管中加两国间面对的挑战和问题比较多,但是这两国家之间有存在密切的经济投资互补性。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s investment in Gabon, since 1974, obtains considerable development. According to the Chinese Customs statistics, until October 2008, bilateral investment between the both countries has exceeded a total amount of 1.7 billion U.S. dollars, compared to the same period in 2006, the investment grows by 34%. China’s investment in Gabon is characterized by:the diversification of investment trend, the diversification of the main investment, the Investment chain link localization. In addition, others characteristics are: Chinese companies depends of Chinese government impetus in long term and those companies are state-owned enterprises; the main investors are state-owned enterprises and small enterprises; investment, trade and aid are complementary each other.At the beginning of 1990, China investment in Gabon starts to take shape. When entering to the new century, and along with the opening strategy of "Going out", China sped up investment to Gabon. Chinese Enterprise investment scale to Gabon grows from small to big, the investment structure changes, from narrow to width, the main investment had been diversified, the way of investment also had improvement.Along with the world economic integration development, as well as national enterprise’s considerable growth, Chinese Enterprises participate positively to the international competition, and unceasingly invest in Gabon and others Africa states.These enterprise’s investments have vital role on the Gabonese economy, Gabonese consumers, the national income and employment. What are the causes of Chinese enterprises investment in Gabon? What are the effects of these investments on the Gabonese economy? We will carry on the analysis of these questions and also bring some answers. This article main question is about the motivation of Chinese enterprises investment in Gabon and the impact on Gabonese economy.The first part elaborates the research background. The second part, elaborates the investment relationship history between China and the present situation of investment between the both countries.The third part, elaborates the causes of Chinese enterprises investment in Gabon. The fourth part, elaborates the influence of Chinese enterprises investment on the Gabonese economy. We mainly analyze both positive impact and negative impact of Chinese Enterprises investment on the Gabonese economy.The part five expounded on the complementarity of economic and investment between China and Gabon.The last part, mainly analyzes the Sino-Gabonese investment challenges and suggestions.Despite the increasing of challenges and problems that face the both countries, but there is a closer economic investment complementarity between China and Gabon.更多还原
