卫生保健型功能短袜服用性能综合评价

【摘要】 21世纪,伴随科技的不断发展,人们生活水平逐步提高,对健康也更加关注。功能袜品作为功能服装的一个分支逐渐进入人们日常生活,对人体足部的健康起着重要作用。市场上的功能性袜品,特别是卫生保健袜种类层出不穷,那么卫生保健功能性袜在其功能特性发挥的同时,其他服用性能是否满足穿着要求,以及如何综合评价其服用性能来探讨卫生保健功能性袜品的开发方向是值得研究的。本文首先阐述了功能性袜品的研究现状,总结出功能性袜品的发展趋势,并以卫生保健型功能短袜为研究出发点,着手对各年龄层的消费者进行了足部健康与卫生保健功能袜需求调研,分析得出消费者的足部健康状况和卫生保健功能袜功能需求方向。其次通过确定卫生保健功能袜服用性能主要指标及各指标权重建立了卫生保健功能袜服用性能评价体系。卫生保健功能袜评价体系分为一级指标和二级指标。一级指标为概括性的5项评价指标,分别为舒适性、合体性、耐久性、外观性能,卫生保健性,二级指标为具有代表性、内容具体并能反映一级指标的指标,如卫生保健性下的二级指标为抗菌除臭、远红外发射、防紫外线、芳香味。然后运用层次分析法和yaahp软件确定评价指标的权重具体数值,建立了完整的卫生保健袜服用性能评价指标体系。接着,本研究选定9种非冬季穿着的薄型男式卫生保健短袜作为试样袜品,进行了物理客观实验和主观跟踪实验。物理客观实验测试指标包括透气性、吸湿性、透湿性、弹性、耐磨性、抗起毛球等;而主观跟踪实验方面通过对足部健康状况调查问卷参与者的筛选,选定6位青年男性在夏季2个月的实验期内试穿,对每种袜子的各项指标的感受程度进行了袜品单项评分和9种袜品的综合评价及穿着前后脚部健康状况对比评价,得出每种袜子各指标单项打分结果,并进行了对比分析,得出袜子综合评价优劣,接着对主客观实验结果进行结合分析,得出主观综合评价重要影响因素及主客观相关性分析结果。最后是对模糊综合评价方法进行了介绍,主要是对AHP—Fuzzy模糊综合评价模型的运用及优势进行了阐述,并运用此模型对9种卫生保健袜服用性能进行了多级模糊综合评价,得出9种袜子的模糊评价得分排序。另外,本文还对物理客观指标评价结果、主观综合评价结果、模糊综合评价结果进行对比分析。发现模糊评价结果与主观综合评价在很大程度上的吻合,服用性能相对最优袜子和相对最差袜子结论一致,表明模糊评价结果有一定的科学性,可以运用AHP—Fuzzy模糊综合评价法对卫生保健袜的综合服用性能作出评价,另外一方面也验证了运用层次分析法所得出的卫生保健袜服用性能评价指标体系的具有一定的有效性。本文结论对以后卫生保健功能袜品的实验研究及功能袜品开发生产方向起一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 With the development of science and technology in the 21st century, people’s living standard is gradually improving and thus more and more attention is being paid to health. Functional socks, a part of functional clothing, are coming into daily life and play an important role in the health of feet. Now functional products, especially health-care socks, emerge endlessly in the market, making it essential to investigate whether other properties meet people’s dressing requirements when functional socks bring their properties into play, also, how to take a comprehensive evaluation on wearing performance of health-care functional socks for a possible development direction of the products is worthy of study.Firstly, in this paper, literature review is given before a summary of developing trend of functional socks. Focusing on health-care functional socks, a survey on consumers of all ages concerning their feet health and purchase demand is carried out and the findings are illustrated in detail.Secondly, an evaluation system of wearing performance of health-care functional socks is built after the main indicators and their index weights are determined. The evaluation system can be divided into primary indicators and secondary indicators. The primary indicators are general and 5 in numbers, including comfortness, fittness, durbility, appearance and health-care performance.The secondary indicators are specific in content and can reflect the target of indicators. For example, secondary indicators under health-care performance are described as anti-bacterial and odor-proofing, the far infrared emission, anti-uv, aromatic flavor. By using AHP and yaahp software, the specific weights of evaluation index values are determined and then a complete evaluation index system of wearing performance of health-care functional socks is established.Thirdly, nine non-winter thin health-care men’s socks were selected as the sample socks for the study, and physical objective experiments and subjective tracking experiment were carried out. Physical objective test indicators include air permeability, hydroscopicity, moisture permeability, elasticity, abrasion, pilling resistance, etc. As for subjective tracking experiment, by selecting the respondents of the questionnaire mentioned before, six young men were chosen to wear the nine kinds of socks in two months in summer. They were asked to evaluate every indicator for each pair of socks plus a comprehensive evaluation for each pair, and they also made a comparative evaluation for their feet health after the wearing. The results after analysis show the good and bad ones for comprehensive evaluation, and the significant impacting factors of subjective evaluation, correlation analysis result between subjective and objective are got by combining objective analysis with the experimental results of subjective.Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced, the application and advantages of AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are mainly described. Nine kinds of health care functional socks are evaluated by using this model and the fuzzy evaluation scores of socking socks are obtained. In addition, the results of the physical objective indicators and and the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are comparative analysised. It was found that subjective evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation arrived at an identical result to a very great extent especially socks whose wearing performance are the relative best and the relative worst. It is proved that the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is scientific to some extent, It’s useful to apply AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the comprehensive wearing performance of health-care functional socks, also on the other hand confirms the effectiveness of the evaluation system of wearing performance of health-care functional socks which derived by AHP.The conclutions of the paper have the reference value for future experimental research and the direction of development and production of health-care functional socks.
