【摘要】 胡锦涛同志指出：“思想政治教育说到底是做人的工作,必须坚持以人为本。既要坚持教育人、引导人、鼓舞人、鞭策人,又要做到尊重人、理解人、关心人、帮助人。”这一句话里一共有10个“人”字,这昭示人们,思想政治教育要关注人的存在,要实施人文关怀。人文关怀就是关注人的生存与发展,就是关心人、爱护人、尊重人。高职院校的人文关怀的缺失表现在：高职教育存在多方面的困惑,高职教师存在多方面的困惑,高职院校学生群体也存在主体性缺失。高职院校学生群体的主体性缺失扼杀了学生的创造智慧,使学生丧失了搞好理论学习的积极性。人文关怀是高职院校思想政治教育题中应有之义,包括指导学生人生观、世界观和价值观的形成,关注学生的个体需要,尊重学生的个性发展,关心学生的学习和生活。高职院校思想政治教育人文关怀必须坚持学生主体性原则、启发式原则、个性化原则和沟通原则。同时,要注意建设高素质的思想政治教育队伍,转变高职院校课堂教学方式,推进校园人性化管理,重视大学生的心理健康教育,关注大学生“弱势”群体。更多还原

【Abstract】 Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out:"Ideological and political work is a "people" work, must stick to take’people’as the foremost. It not only should stick to educating’people’, guiding ’people’, inspiring’people’and spurring "people", but also should respect’people’, understand ’people’, Care for’people’, and help’people’. " This sentence contains in a total of 10 "people". It shows people that ideological and political work should focus on people’s existence and implement humanistic care. Humanistic care is concerning about the survival and development of the people, is caring for the people, cherishing the people and respecting for the people.Higher vocational college is the harder-hit area of the humanistic care. This is reflected in:higher vocational colleges having variety of puzzles, the higher vocational teachers having variety of puzzles and the student group in higher vocational colleges lack subjectivity. The student group in higher vocational colleges lacking subjectivity smothered the creative wisdom of the students, made the students lose enthusiasm of the theoretical study. The concern of humanistic care in the higher vocational colleges ideological and political education include guiding the student to format the view of the life, the world and the value, concerning the need of the students, respect the personality development of students, caring for the students’ learning and living. The principles of humanistic care in the higher vocational college ideological and political education include the principle of the student subjectivity, heuristics, individualization and communication.For ideological and political education students in vocational colleges being filled with humanistic care, we must build high-quality ideological and political workers, changing Vocational college’s class-teaching methods, promoting the campus human-based management, pay attention to the mental health education, Concern for the "vulnerable" group of the college students.更多还原
