【摘要】 目的：通过对60例阴虚体质黄褐斑患者随机采用“中药内服祛斑汤结合调周法”和外用“白面散”或者“中药内服祛斑汤”和外用“白面散”,观察研究调周法的疗效及其对于阴虚体质病人向平和体质转化的趋势。方法：选择女性黄褐斑患者60例,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组内服祛斑汤结合调周法和外用白面散,对照组内服祛斑汤和外用白面散,12周后对其疗效进行比较。结果：经过12周的治疗,黄褐斑疗效为治疗组基本治愈6例,显效15例,总有效率86.7%；对照组基本治愈2例,显效4例,总有效率60%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。经过12周的治疗,病人体质有向平和质转化的趋势,治疗组总有效率为68.93%；对照组总有效率为56.67%。两组总有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论：调周法应用于阴虚质黄褐斑有很好的临床疗效,在治疗过程中能够使阴虚病人的体质出现转化成平和体质的趋势,该方法简单、使用方便,易于推广更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:60 cases of chloasma were randomly Yin constitution a "Soup with Chinese Herbs freckle tone Week Law" and the topical "White-powder" or "Chinese Herbs freckle soup" and the topical "flour powder, " observational studies adjusted week efficacy of the law and the constitution for yin calm and physical transformation of the patient to the trend.Methods: 60 patients with chloasma women were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Oral combined treatment group was adjusted weeks freckle Tang law and topical flour scattered in the control group Oral freckle soup and external flour powder, 12 weeks after its effects were compared.Results: After 12 weeks of treatment, the treatment group were cured in 6 cases,15 cases were a total effective rate was 86.7%; control group,2 patients were cured, markedly effective in 4 cases, total effective rate of 60%, the difference was significant (P<0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, patients have to moderate physical transformation of the trend of quality, total effective rate was 68.93%; control group, the total effective rate was 56.67%, the difference was significant (P<0.05).更多还原
