【摘要】 目的：分析四川省中医院蛇串疮住院患者的中西医联合用药治疗情况,总结治疗方法,为进一步形成行业认可的、可供推广应用的蛇串疮中西医结合治疗路径方案提供参考。方法：以回顾病例的方式,将符合纳入标准的60例病人按年龄分为中青年组和中老年组,其中中青年组31例,中老年组29例,观察两组患者性别、病程、部位、中西医联合用药等基本情况,并对两组患者的疗效、住院时间及住院费用等情况进行比较。结果：两组患者在入院辨证、中成药、外用药、抗病毒药、止痛药、神经营养药、糖皮质激素等具体治疗的药物选择上无明显差异,同时在抗病毒、止痛及糖皮质激素治疗时间上亦无差异,但在中成药、外用药及神经经营养治疗时间上中老年组略高于中青年组。两组患者疗效无差异,但在住院时间和住院费用上有轻微差异,即中老年组略高于中青年组。结论：我院中西医联合用药治疗方法(内服中药+抗病毒药+神经营养药+中成药+外用药+糖皮质激素+止痛药)适用于18-75岁的蛇串疮患者,且疗效好、疗程短、费用低,可为蛇串疮中西医结合治疗路径方案的制定提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:This thesis analyzes Western-Chinese combination treatments for herpes zoster in Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine so as to provide supporting data for the development and popularization of a combined clinical pathway among dermatologists.Methodology:60 patients qualified for this retrospective case study were divided into two age groups for further research:31 patients in young-middle aged group and 29 patients in middle-elder aged group. A comparative study between the two groups is made through observing information on gender, course of disease, focus, and application of Western-Chinese combined medicines as well as comparing efficacy, duration and expenses of hospitalization between the two groups.Results:No significant differences were found between the two groups in terms of the choice of specific medications such as syndrome differentiation upon hospitalization, Chinese patent drugs, drugs for external use, antiviral drugs, analgesics, neurotrophic drugs, glucocorticoids as well as in the duration of duration when antiviral drugs, analgesics and glucocorticoids are used. Compared with young-middle aged group, middle-elder aged group requires longer time for the administration of Chinese patent drugs, drugs for external use, neurotrophic drugs and higher hospitalization expenses although no significant differences were found between the two in efficacy.Conclusion:the Western-Chinese Combination treatments (herbal decoction + antiviral drugs + neurotrophic drugs+ Chinese patent drugs + external application + glucocorticoids + analgesics) adopted in our hospital are applicable to patients with herpes zoster aged from 18 to 75 for their good efficacy, short course and low cost, and these treatments can be referred to for the formulation of a combined clinical pathway in this regard.更多还原
